I will agree some of these people don't have gender dysphoria but sex dysphoria. They don't feel well in their biological sex and they may want to change it. The only problem is it cannot happen because it's physically impossible to change your sex. Biological sex is determined by chromosomes and not by surgeries accompanied with affirmation politics.
