How they can become happy? By living the life they have the way they want to live it. That is how they become happy! Just like gay people! How many gay people are there abound the world who are hiding the fact they are gay, for reasons like religion, country they are from, thrir family etc

There actually is choice in the matter.

If you don't believe me, write a little gratitude list every morning. Force yourself. After a while, your thinking may change, and that brain that is struggling to be happy might start feeling so. Carve a new groove in your noggin. It takes work but it works.

Better than cutting off healthy body parts.
