A man found dead at a Central Park playground in an apparent suicide had a history of drug abuse and ranted to his mom the night before that he was being hunted by “human traffickers,” law enforcement sources told The Post Tuesday.

Ian Stapp, 37, of Brooklyn, was found at the Heckscher Playground by park workers shortly after 8:30 a.m. Monday, bloodied with nearly three dozen stab wounds, including a slashed throat and several cuts to his neck, police said.

Stapp’s roommate in Prospect Park South told cops the dead man frequently smoked marijuana and the synthetic drug K-2, while his mom said a psychiatrist once diagnosed him with “signs of bipolar” disorder, according to sources.

Yeah, that reads like a suicide to me. What did this guy see or stumble upon? Kind of like those kids that saw the drug transaction back in Arkansas a few decades back. Oh lets reads all the details that are designed to make you believe the narrative instead of facts in this case.

The worried mother, from Arizona, also told detectives that Stapp called her on Sunday night ranting about human traffickers and told her he would rather kill himself than let himself be captured by the smugglers, the sources said.

Stapp was first spotted inside a bathroom near the playground by a Central Park Conservancy worker shortly before 7 a.m. leaning over a sink and staring at himself in the mirror.

The worker saw a little blood on Stapp’s hands but assumed it was from a cut while shaving, according to sources.

At around 8 a.m., another park worker told police he unlocked the playground and saw Stapp lying face-up on the ground and called his manager, who then dialed 911.

Stapp was pronounced dead by EMS workers at 8:54 a.m.

He had as many as 30 superficial stab wounds to his stomach and chest, a deep cut across his throat, five cuts to the left side of his neck and a slash wound from his left ear to his neck, the sources said.

But what does the police say?

Police later found drug paraphernalia “in plain view” in his Ocean Avenue apartment, according to sources.

“Our preliminary theory and investigation indicates that his injuries could have been self-inflicted,” NYPD Assistant Chief Ruel Stephenson said at a press briefing Monday.

Now I'm no Spiderman, but something tells me that a certain police commissioner needs to explain this nonsense. Epstein's death made more sense. Suicide by 30 cuts in the stomach and chest then a deep cut across the throat? I remember when people used to suicide by three shots in the back of the head by a rifle, man times have changed.

Anyways, with that high illegal population getting rolled into New York City each day, and the government shutting down every investigation into "Friends and Family" crimes. I wouldn't put it past that the Mafia did this just to get some order and attention back on these political types. Let's face it, if the government is the aiding and abetting the criminal, then the mafia is being forced out of work. I'm pretty sure that's not a good idea.

Speaking of the Mob, I have it on good authority that a certain State Govenor who is retiring to the Carribean after they leave office, is going to be "lost at sea" for forcing their foot into Human trafficking. It's like we're in the movie "M".

Egloff sounds similar to Ogroff. For movie buffs that aren't in the know,

Since it's the logo for ROYAL SUN ALLIANCE insurance company, I'd assume it's a sun dial

I only know because my dad bought the original hanging logo from their headquarters; hence why it appears in background to my profile... My family literally removed their symbolism.

Back in the medieval days rape was a weapon used against the fae and the so-called "witches". Not just in inquisitions. The practice of raping young girls prevented the formation of the fairy / human relationship.

I don't know what this thread thinks of RV'ing, however I once RV'd a formal witch trial.

Anyone else remember $10,000 listings for things like pillows and cheap file cabinets on Wayfair, that also had part numbers that when searched on Yandex, linked to missing children?

I do, those were easy enough claims to investigate and confirm. What was even more shocking for me, was that one of the girls from this research was from a town that neighbored the one I grew up in.

I remember how WayFair was supposedly using names on overpriced furniture to traffic children, but there was nobody who could explain how the ordered "product" was delivered. Too many holes.

Sorry but what do you mean by lettering being off? Only thing I notice in "TIME" is the M maybe doesn't seem connected so maybe 2 inverted "Vs"? When I first glanced I'm looking at Bono & seeing he hasn't aged looked up & saw it's a 2005-2006 issue.
Not sure if that matters...did I miss something? I'm still learning.
