I spent some more time looking into this MUU between the Gates foundation and the FDA.

Maryanne Demasi, a PHD from Harvard and a member of the Jikkyleaks Mouse army took a closer look at this.

This arrangement was set up for a purpose.
"Meetings between developers and regulators are supposed to be an official part of the public record and therefore subject to FOIA's."

"However a MOU such as this can circumvent the usual requirements for the transparency of official communications."

Bottom line- Their communications can be kept secret.

According to her "the FDA and the Gates Foundation agreed to share information to 'facilitate the development of innovative products. including medical countermeasures, such as diagnostics, vaccines and therapeutics to combat disease transmission during a pandemic."

I did some historical research about the FDA and their conflicts of interest and this is a new twist, although not unexpected.

This is from July 2018 but if it was a big problem then it has now morphed into a monster.

I just wonder how many of the advisors on the advisory committee that approved the Pfizer- BioNTech and Moderna jabs received compensation in some form after the green light.

The FDA does not do any independent verification of the claims that the advisors have no conflicts of interest- just trust us.

"Science found at the time of or in the year leading up to the advisory meetings, many of those panel members...received payments or other support from the drugmaker or key competitors for consulting, travel, lectures, or research. The FDA did not publicly note those financial ties."

It gets worse if that's possible.
"The agency can issue a waiver to permit participants despite an active conflict of interest or one that ended during the 12 months proceeding a meeting if special expertise cannot be obtained otherwise."

As for the FOIA problems, even back in 2018 Science tried to get information via FOIA's and the FDA simply refused under whatever flavored excuse they wanted.

Time to make it law- Non Compete Agreements. The revolving door must be stopped or this cycle will continue.

If I remember correctly, one cannot utiliise the fifth on subject areas where one has pled to a deal?

Hunter DID plea to a deal on previous charges, though the judge then cancelled the deal - but how does the law work on this? Might he still have lost the right to the fifth because of the act of pleading to a deal... irrespective of whether the judge rejected the deal???
