Limited access to retail, instead of open doors, seems closer every day. I could actually see malls making a comeback as exclusive upscale places to relax and kill some time.

Normal people could open the door with a handprint if they are approved via (social) credit score or by remaining off the security company's banned list....like me in Atlantic City.

FF, your post reminded me of my teenage visit to Belfast city centre in the height of the troubles in the '70s.

A RING OF STEEL was erected around the centre and people's bags and handbags were checked at entry points.

There were even TURNSTILES, which I used to enter the area - as shown at the 4 min mark in the below video:

Covid jabs big problems

So we are in the 4th major roll out and people aren't very enthused about taking them. I am quoting from the
wsj.
"People "eager" to get updated Covid vaccines are having their appointments canceled or encountering confusion over insurance coverage."

It gets worse "CVS Health has asked corporate workers to volunteer in pharmacies as volunteers to ease staff shortages. Walgreens paused online scheduling at some stores because of delayed vaccine deliveries."

They couldn't have done a better job in discouraging people from taking another jab. I can't imagine how Cohen is going to manage this mess considering only 17% took the last jab.
