Well, that's Trump tagged as a sex offender.
Yuk.
A beast is a beast, and no means no.
Simple as that really.
This is his modus operandi, while in a public or semi-public situation he asks women to accompany him to another secluded area, closes the door, then forces himself on the woman.
He doesn't even give them a chance to say 'no' he just grabs or kisses them or worse and 'freezing' is the most common reaction to this type of assault, especially when it's with a man who has the type of power he has.
A woman freezing out of fear or past trauma is not a 'yes'.

If you have tangible proof Biden is a sex criminal i suggest you present it to the appropriate authorities.
Else it's simply Qanonacrap you wish to be the case simply down to the fact that you don't like the man's politics.
Biden is a daft old politician, and not very proficient at that, who attained the position of POTUS because he was the choice between the lesser of two evils.
Take your claims to a court of law and see what they have to say, if they are credible get back to us and let us know what they have to say.

You guys got Trump dinged a little by a corrupt state court, and several others hounding him with Soros hacks.
You’ve got every federal agency literally helping Biden get away with major crimes.
You’re riding high and quite giddy and pompous.
You’re riding high and quite giddy and pompous.
Let’s see how long it lasts.

The jury seems to be convinced that Donald Trump sexually assaulted E. Jean Carroll, unanimously so, and hence the verdict returned, at some point people are simply going to have to deal with that very pertinent fact.
Nobody is above the law, not even Trump.
Between 2% and 10% of convicted individuals in US prisons are innocent.

So you don't have any sort of tangible proof that Biden is a beast, imagine that, good luck with the unfounded whataboutisms all the same.
Seems like you simply wish to take issue with the court because you do not like the verdict they returned regarding Trump.
You’ve got every federal agency literally helping Biden get away with major crimes.
You’re riding high and quite giddy and pompous.
Tangible proof to back up those claims might be nice, wheres that now?
You’re riding high and quite giddy and pompous.
If you say so, but that's still not proof of anything your claiming, so there is that.
Let’s see how long it lasts.
Well with regard to the kind of legal problems Trump and his minions are now facing, both criminal and civil, the fat lady certainly is not done singing just yet by the looks of things.
Man I wish I could turn off the truth and amp up the fantasy, and wallow in it
Have me some toddler delight.
Alas, I am too stuck on the path of adulting.

I'm sure you can easily imagine lots of things, take for instance the crap you are trying to punt about Biden without any proof.
Unfortunately for you juries don't convict people or find them to have committed sexual assault without adequate proof of such.
Where have I "punt about Biden", Can you quote me on that?
As I linked to in my post that you ignored out of convenience. 2 to 10% of convicted individuals in US prisons are innocent. which makes clear that juries are capable of convicting people without adequate proof. The number must be higher for civil

But don't your own stats show that it is extremely rare for the jury to be wrong?

You have never made claims before that Biden is a pedophile?
I mean if im wrong about that i do apologise, i did however think you were in that camp, again my bad if im wrong.

Well that would be something to take up with the appeals courts would it not?
For all intents and purpose your courts of law are unbiased and where people are considered to be innocent until proven guilty.
Being proven guilty of a crime, or having been found to be liable in a civil court requires proof.
And that's just how the system and rule of law function.
If you can come up with a better means of dispensing justice and law, I'm all ears.

In this instance, Trump was not in court down to his politics.
As to the jury being infallible, well they did not choose to find Trump liable based on nothing at all.
But on witness testimony and provable facts.
Hence the unanimous verdict they returned.
No I have never mad claims before that Biden is a pedophile. Like Trump, Biden is politically flawed enough that he should never have been considered a good candidate for president. There is no need for people to make up unsubstantiated aligations of pedophilia or rape just to use our justice system as a political tool to win elections.
A better means of justice would be to leave politics up to the court of public opinion and to not engage in political persecution of our political rivals.
Even our modern system of Jurisprudence has its flaws that can be exploited, its up to us not to exploite them ... or chear on those that do.
