If you have tangible proof Biden is a sex criminal i suggest you present it to the appropriate authorities.

Biden is a daft old politician, and not very proficient at that, who attained the position of POTUS because he was the choice between the lesser of two evils.

Take your claims to a court of law and see what they have to say, if they are credible get back to us and let us know how that goes.

The jury seems to be convinced that Donald Trump sexually assaulted E. Jean Carroll, unanimously so, and hence the verdict returned, at some point people are simply going to have to deal with that very pertinent fact.

Nobody is above the law, not even Trump.

And that's for criminal cases where the threshold for conviction is much higher. So its not surprising that people are having a hard time accepting the guilt of Donald Trump after a politically motivated civil lawsuit failed to prove the aligations leveled at the defendent (rape) and so lesser charges where used as a compromise.


I can easily imagine people voting to find Trump guilty of sexual assault durung a rape civil suit just to end deliberations and go home. The man is skeve and has lived a charmed life; he deserves everything that comes to him; especially this nothingburger slap on the wrist and the bad publicity. The only problem would be the fact that this Political Persecution is bad for our country in general and seeing Trump get his karmic justice is not worth the unintended consequences to the rest of society. But altruism might not go far when stuck in a deliberation room with 11 other people where some percentage of those people hate Donald Trump and will accuse you of bigotry over not believing a woman's testimony.

Unfortunately for you juries don't convict people or find them to have committed sexual assault without adequate proof of such.

As to the threshold for conviction or culpability, well in this instance obviously those criteria were met else the jury would not have come to a unanimous decision regarding Trump's most spurious and heinous antics within 3 hours.

For all intents and purpose your courts of law are unbiased and where people are considered to be innocent until proven guilty.

Being proven guilty of a crime, or having been found to be liable in a civil court requires proof.

And that's just how the system and rule of law function.

If you can come up with a better means of dispensing justice and law, I'm all ears.

Yes in criminal cases jury wrongful convictions are less common than non jury convictions. I would assume thats also true for civil cases. I don't see that hepls the argument that in this political driven case that jury can not have been infallible.

As to the jury being infallible, well they did not choose to find Trump liable based on nothing at all.

But on witness testimony and provable facts.

Hence the unanimous verdict they returned.

There is no need for people to make up unsubstantiated aligations of pedophilia or rape just to use our justice system as a political tool to win elections.

A better means of justice would be to leave politics up to the court of public opinion and to not engage in political persecution of our political rivals. Even our modern system of Jurisprudence has its flaws that can be exploited, its up to us not to exploite them ... or chear on those that do.

As to people making unsubstantiated claims that Biden is a pedophile, the links i posted clearly illustrate the Qanonacrap some people choose to punt, those are just a fact and plainly evident amongst the Qanonacroud.

A better means of justice would be to leave politics up to the court of public opinion and to not engage in political persecution of our political rivals.

That sound like mob justice to me and not app to end well.

Courts of law are important and the best means yet devised where dispensing justice to the public is concerned.

Even our modern system of Jurisprudence has its flaws that can be exploited, its up to us not to exploite them ... or chear on those that do.

Nothing is perfect, and to err is human, but your still not offering up any sort of viable alternative to the way the justice system functions by my guess.

I would rather be tried in a real court of law than a kangaroo one where mob rule is the colour of the day put it that way.
