LOL , Dude , are you Serious here or just Mentally Challenged ?

Right back at you little bit.

I mean , Come On , there is Absolutely No Evidence of that.

Despite the conclusions and the verdict that the jury came to you mean.

And giving ANY Jury in N.Y. State a PASS as Fair and Balanced is a Freakin ' Joke ! Thanks for the Laugh Du..........

I'm sure your man Trumps not laughing, so there is that.

As to the jury, only two of them were from New York City apparently.

The rest from outlying areas of the state.

Yeah
Civil lawsuits are something to have to wash off?
Do you even understand the difference?
Had he committed an actual crime in nyc he would be arrested, like they did last time.
A criminal arrest requires actual evidence, as there was none in this case not even the prosecutors in nyc will go after him.
Just people like you who don’t understand.

This sets a very dangerous precedent. I'm certain almost every male here has hooked up with a woman in college or shortly afterwords before you found your wife. College parties are kinda known for this kind of hookup.

20 years later you have to worry that someone can show up and claim misconduct and you're basically trying to prove innocence?

Does this make sense to anyone? If you were raped or molested or whatever else sexual abuse entails, why did you wait so long? Why does the statute of limitations only apply to criminal courts? What's the difference? A crime is a crime in my mind no matter what type of "case" is brought.

I think the cheerleaders of this judgement had better take a look in the mirror, if a civil case has no statute of limitations you're in some real trouble when all of these gender affirming surgery victims come after you in 10 years.

I know this happens all the time in the court system but I learned quite a few things lately. As has many other people. Be careful what you are cheerleading.

Please explain the difference between a civil sexual assault and a criminal sexual assault?

See in any sane person's head those two equate to the same thing no matter which way you care to spell it.

As to the "people like you" comment, well that's a slippery slope if ever there was one.

Civil cases involve disputes between people while criminal cases allege a violation of a criminal law.

It's not hard to understand.

No
Not even The NY Times has called him guilty, just people like you.
Mr trump was found liable for battery and defamation.

No criminal charges.

Tho you can pass the verdict off as whatever you like, doesn’t make it true.

Donald Trump was found liable for sexual assault and that's just a fact.

Luckily I was an ugly duckling so I don't have to worry about this. But if I did, I'd claim I wasn't there. How could you prove I was in a location when you don't even know the year it happened. Open and shut case unless the jury is paid off or something.

Reactive to an Assault on ones Beliefs can Possibly Define it , but a Better Definition would be IMO a " Cop Out " . You Old Enough to Understand that Term Sonny ?...Hmm.... I have My Doubts ........

Sexual assault is sexual assault which is not that hard to understand nether.

Guess you have confusion with the verdict.
Battery and defamation.
That is the actual fact.
Facts are actually important.

He was found liable for sexual abuse, not assault. Sexual abuse is typically used against children as it's an ongoing behavior.

This charge makes zero sense. If he pinned her against a wall in the capital building and forced his hands up her skirt, that's sexual assault, not abuse.
edit on 10-5-2023 by litterbaux because: changed "was charged with" to "was found liable for"
