And yet, you all really seemed to have a problem with a consensual blow job… funny that.

You all knew about that tape, and him, admitting that he sexually assaults women. “I kiss them I don’t even ask”. And yet you still wanted this man to run our country. It’s mind boggling to me.

And I’m very glad that Jean had her day in court, absolutely! And the jury found him guilty, a jury! And I am ecstatic that they awarded her a huge sum of money. Trump is a teeny tiny man. And off this website, I’m pretty sure most of the people here believe that too.

How was she money hungry she didn’t ask for a cent. Not one freaking cent. It was the jury who decided to award her a settlement. Get the facts straight.

I wonder how much the DNC has contributed to her cause? I wonder how much being the woman that brought down the bad orange man is worth?

Wow
What a cavalier way to describe workplace sexual harassment?
What about the pound me too people?

him literally saying “I like to grab them by the pussy” was most likely all the proof a jury needed. His literal words! A confession really lol.

But, you’re dodging the question. Is it OK for a star to sexually assault a woman because it’s been going on for 1 million, probably more, years?

He also said they let you grab them there, you seem to keep forgetting that part.

His prospective is "they let you". Not every woman will act the same way. Some will freeze not fight. Maybe the women should speak to how they feel when a man just "grabs".

I've never walked up to a stranger and grabbed her there so I don't know, but I've watched a few of my friends who are rich do it and they always left with the chick and she was smiling, not frozen in fear. Not my style as I was raised a gentleman, plus easy women are a turn-off in my opinion. I just don't think it warrants an assault case if you kissed someone 27 or 28 years ago. But that's just me, I don't see the big deal and nothing happens to high profile people anyways, especially politicians.

I wonder, do you understand any of what you talk about? I don't think anyone had an issue with Billy getting a knob job from the incredibly young intern. She had some serious lips for the job. Billy's issues arose when he lied about it. If he had just told the truth, nobody would have cared. But perjury is bad, mkay.

I bet these whiners would rip their hair out if they watched Richard Dawson back when he was hosting Family Feud. Dawson is just one more example of proof that what Trump said was correct.

He was impeached for bald faced lying on national TV straight in the faces of a few hundred million people. Oh, and perjury / obstruction too.

No, 95% of males out there do not say I grab them by the pussy because I can. Especially not 55 year old grown men. Give me a freaking break.

Are there some - absolutely. They are teeny tiny men. Period.

Such a copout.

I said teens and 20’s. Sorry you couldn’t repeat that honestly.
Because young guys do that stuff all the time when there’s no adults or no girls to get mad about it.
Sorry you’re still acting like you never sat around with a group of guys. Musta been lonely.

And here you go again, no evidence for your claims and just having a pop at other posters and defending and trivialising abuse of women.

Im not a Trump fan. Read my posts.

I'm also not a fan of the antics and loss of common sense, boundaries and rights in the quest to bring him down.

My life, lively hood, freedom and the same remaining for my progeny isnt a dang team sport...thank you very much.

If you wish to address me, leave me out of any group of 'you all' or ''you people' unless you mean each of us as a collective here on ATS.

Im more concerned about abuse of women from the likes of Presidential EOs that expand Title 9 to include men in a dress. I can take care of myself in a face to face, one on one.

Actually, it was Presidential perjury in a case similar to what Trump just went thru. Only the accusations were more recent.

Not to mention the national security threat that comes with kompromat on a POTUS. I would have lost my clearance had I lied about sex. Because it revealed that I would be blackmailable.

My gosh, a huge injustice has been done. I can't believe this wasn't presented as evidence. Trump didn't really seem prepared, tho'. As usual.

The biggest problem with software tabulation is the margin of error and the complete mess of code and hardware. Individual election workers can quite literally accidentally press a button and break things at almost any stage of the process. The user manuals for the stuff is 300+ pages combined. I’ve read them. I understand them because I worked in software development for a decade after politics. But the average poll worker is not going to read and understand a single page of the documentation for how to do their job. It’s opaque. It’s obtuse. It has hundreds of obvious engineering flaws.

Counting votes isn’t rocket science, it’s arithmetic, and the software available for doing it is pure trash.

But most of the problems in 2020 were caused by software, specifically floating point error and floating point error mitigation. Which is absurd, to have ever used a float for counting votes.

As to the physical security of elections & ballots it varies widely by state. Historically, it has been unsurprising for people to stuff the ballot box in large north and Midwest metros. NYC, Philly, Detroit, Chicago, etc. In New York City’s case, this dates to Tammany Hall and the 1800s. Chicago, the most notable event was 1960 when the Italian Mob did it.

Just like shoplifting, there are states where it is relatively hard and or unlikely to do and states where it is trivial to do. I’m very competent, if someone handed me half a billion dollars, I could rig a close Presidential election. I couldn’t guarantee an outcome but I could definitely push the margin 1% in a half dozen states.

But so can any organized crime group for that matter. Election cheating usually involves organized crime, that’s a historical fact in the US for 150 years.

That being said every competent campaign manager and candidate pre-calculates the amount of mess they might have to deal with.

Trump’s campaign manager didn’t do that. A group I was a part of had to tell him & the campaign what the possible outcomes in Arizona were the morning after the election. They assumed they had a walk. The race was obviously 50-50 from an external observer POV beginning in the Summer and never really changed status.

Can these things be rigged? Yes. Anyone with experience in politics who says no, is lying.

Can campaigns take effective counter measures? Yes. Anyone with experience in politics who says no, is lying.

But an average organized criminal endeavor to stuff the ballot box, it’s going to be low yield. Criminals will often just take the money and not do anything.

Then there is what used to be called “walking money” and I’d be shocked if that still wasn’t a thing.

The software is a disaster, someone could probably DDoS the entire system into crashing through a poll worker’s cell phone.

The most sophisticated election rigging op in history could maybe move 3-5M votes.

The software, just by crashing, can cause a 20M vote error, or way more if it crashes permanently.

Trump campaign’s lack of sophistication is its own fault. It’s hard to feel much sympathy for such a disorganized operation.

Are elections more secure today than yesterday? That’s up to the campaign. It varies.

Trump’s lawyers and team not finding this Facebook comment and entering it into evidence is an amazing failure. What a clown show!

they did find it and question her on it

Trump's defense grills E. Jean Carroll about old social media posts in rape allegation trial

trumps failure to attend the preceedings imo hurt his defense, in the eyes of the jurors they passed judgement and believed he sexually assulted her, i know if such heinous allegations were made against myself i would have my day in court in person, surely thats what most sane people would do.
