The jury disagrees and Trump has more than her as people who alleged sexual misconduct. He's like Cosby, Clinton and Weinstein, there's way too many women saying the same thing.

She was able to do this when New York changed the statute of limitations on sexual assault in the wake of the above mentioned scumbag producer. She did however mention it to several people at the time. But I guess just because everyone hates Trump he could never do something like this. Just like 'America's Dad' could never do it too...

I lived through those olden days when women kept their mouths shut and may have only told close female friends, because most likely they were sexually abused too and would understand.

I don't care if the jury disagrees, AM. This should have been reported a long time ago, even in 2016, but Dear Annie waited until the perfect time to suddenly be upset enough to file charges. Because of that, and because of all the witch hunts, I just don't believe it. No one is required to agree with me on the matter.

Trump is trying to take this case/appeal out of New York courts and if he succeeds then this will then become political within the judicial arena. Trump wants one of his appointed judges to appeal this case and we all know what the outcome will be, now don't we?

If you have a problem with this, you should take it up with the system that makes both sides play by these unwritten rules.

That's why I said "even in 2016". That's when they were suddenly coming out of the woodwork and everybody was getting century old assault accusations filed against them. Why not then? Timing wasn't right?
