Imagine if Trump and his wives would have aborted all those kids.
He would be a hero to you deranged Liberals.

That's not how it works.

Though I imagine Trump has a few hush abortions in his history, nobody champions anybody for getting one. The vast majority of women who do get them often feel great remorse about it. But... it's not your business, or anyone else's, to tell them if they can do it or not.

Well, that's Trump tagged as a sex offender.

Yuk.

A beast is a beast, and no means no.

Simple as that really.

I’d bang Tulsi

several election cycles back, I noted that Tulsi was the smartest and best Democrat because I am a libertarian. She did intimate some gun laws against COTUS like the D's would do. Since then, she was smart enough to leave and share why they SUCK.... The RINO's suck too IMO... The RINO's are helping the Cabal just as much as the Dem's. After the D's go down, the RINO's will go too. We do have them all cheating with Dominion to keep their power anyway they possibly can. They know we are on to them big time now.

Of course we do. So, you are going down a path that you can't recover. I hope you have a bottle of your fav spirits handy.....You are going to need it.

The fact FOX is one of them escapes you for some reason. We all know on here you can only get so much truth from any of the CNN/BS NBC's/ABC/FOX or CBS because they are the Cabal. All of them. We have what we need to proceed legally when their time of power ends in the DS Cabal.

You are describing an individual who is, according to you, entirely incompetent but also capable of executing a coup in the USA.

This is quite absurdist.

a reply to: MrInquisitive

No sir, it's not absurdist. I'm saying he is incompetent and incompetently attempted a coup. Dumb criminals are a thing, you know. Moreover, he had more clever guys, including Steve Bannon and Roger Stone plotting the coup. When he is in deposition it is basically him, and some small amount of coaching by his lawyer(s). You honestly didn't already know this to be the case?

This is his modus operandi, while in a public or semi-public situation he asks women to accompany him to another secluded area, closes the door, then forces himself on the woman.

He doesn't even give them a chance to say 'no' he just grabs or kisses them or worse and 'freezing' is the most common reaction to this type of assault, especially when it's with a man who has the type of power he has.

A woman freezing out of fear or past trauma is not a 'yes'.

Thanx for the legal explanation, JTS. Sounds like there may be some grounds then for an overturning of the count of sexual assault charge damages.

She accused him of raping her.

The jury said he didn't rape her.

That normally ends the case.

It will be thrown out on appeal, except, "the walls are closing in" finally.

We got him on accusations from an legit insane women, changed the law to make it happen, paid for a by a visitor to epstein island, tried by a woman actually KICKED OUT of "Me Too" because she attacked women to defend Cuomo, all in a district on record as sworn to get DJT.

They didn't actually get what they wanted. They wanted, neigh demanded, this headline: "Trump Guilty of Rape, Awaiting Criminal Charges in NY," as the entire dem campaign. 100% why they did it, exclusively for the headline. They failed. And soon, that won't matter a drop anyway.

This is the win the TDS folks wanted with russia, perfect call and the rest of the well planned Lawfare Brookings blah blah blah schemes over the course of 7 years!!!! That's it.

Really meditate on that, the most investigated human being ever to walk the earth, ever in human history, needed a completely deranged woman to accuse him of rape 3 decades ago to "get him."

Here is the point. Anyone who celebrates this as a win is as insane as she is, even if you think DJT destroyed the world during his tenure, fine, but this is not a win but the death of anything resembling due process. For those who celebrate this is your hero.

It means now that anyone, anywhere, can be dragged into Civil Court, be bankrupted on the testimony of a mentally deranged lunatic, and there is nothing anyone, anywhere, can do to stop it. Oh, and, thankfully this tactic can be used in criminal cases now too due to J6.

Those cheering this are beyond help, crabs in the bucket accelerating their own demise.

Please everyone reread the above.
It has been a bad day for the Republic. We are losing our country over this, the damage being done is incalculable.

Correct.
Trump has exposed these America hating Liberals/Leftists for what they are.
Lying, cheating, conniving professional con artists that will stop at nothing to manufacture crimes and lies about Trump and anyone that voted for him.

You right-winger humdingers do an awful lot of projection when you cast aspersions on your political opponents. It''s the very same with your big chieftan Trump. In fact, he is the king of projection.

America is made up of people and you and your ilk seem to hate a goodly portion of them, so you are the America haters.

Coup
“a sudden, violent, and unlawful seizure of power from a government.“

Leaving out sudden. Irrelevant:

Was it violent? If so, barely. Were weapons used at scale in an organized fashion? No. Is there even a single conviction of using a weapon against the government? (Bear spray is not a weapon)

Was it unlawful? Trump was not convicted in the relevant impeachment. De facto and de jure, that means whatever he did was not unlawful.

Was it an attempted seizure? No, it was certainly a political attempt (that a half dozen defeated Presidential candidates attempted before. Did the executive branch attempt to eliminate the other two branches? No. The civil war was an attempted coup, 01-06-2021 was a riot.

Is there a single example of a coup that did not involve the military? Not to my knowledge.

Is seditious conspiracy (rightly or wrongly convicted) a coup? Well the government did not argue this against anyone, the government argued alternate elements of seditious conspiracy at trial. Why did they not argue the case as a coup?

A coup is seditious conspiracy. But, Seditious conspiracy is not de facto a coup — most of the versions of seditious conspiracy involve actions that are definitively not a coup.

Was it against the government? No. It was against a single Presidential candidate, not the government at large. Joe Biden is not “the government.”

Trump is trying to take this case/appeal out of New York courts and if he succeeds then this will then become political within the judicial arena. Trump wants one of his appointed judges to appeal this case and we all know what the outcome will be, now don't we?

Would conservatives be elated if Obama was the target of political persecution and was convicted during a sham trial? Sure; I am sure a lot of them would be. You got them there.

Yes, they absof#ckinglutely would be! While they fantasize about Michelle having a penis.

The difference is, Obama has like 30 less sexual assault accusations against him.

You missed quoting the important part of my post; I'll help you out:

"Still doesn't make it right"

But I guess when all you care about is scoring partisan political points on an online message board, than Political Persecution isn't such a big deal.

For the rest of us who need to live and raise our children in this society going after the "others" by any means necessary isn't a winning proposition. The only thing it leads to is a decaying society.

Why was this wrong? Evidently Trump did this thing as well as defamed the plaintiff. We have laws to right such wrongs.
She took advantage of her right to pursue her case and he and his team offered a poor defense. Justice is served. And now Trump's reputation has even more of a taint to it. Good. Why should we hold undeserving public figures, including presidents, in false high esteem. Raise your children to sniff out rats. It'll help them later in life when they're in the rat race on their own. I was between fourth and fifth grade when Nixon resigned because of Watergate. It was a good lesson to learn early in life that presidents can be lying crooks.

Any judge that he had a hand in the appointment of should preclude them from participating in the case or appeal for very obvious reasonings.

Because the fact is there goes any sort of measure of impartiality or objectivity.

Let's wait and see.

I am doubtful any appellate judge will go against Judge Merchan's handling of Trump's case because this judge's reputation as a no-nonsense and fair judge is known by all in the legal realm.
