I'm quite sure most likely, positive that it says that the teammates must be of high moral standard and in football and baseball and basketball it's most likely has the word man in the contract.

Basically, allowing transwomen (men) to compete against women is an affront to women.

It's a tragedy that people have become so sunk into the trans agenda that they cannot see it, or want to recognise it. If sheeple were to be applied to anything, it would be the trans movement.

Take the amount of interactions already taking place that have the potential for Another Trans Story, and compare them to how many of them cause issues. If you reach 1% I'd be surprised.
Not as dramatic and common as some try to make it, but still a problem that needs adressing.
Sports needs to be legislated, so this can not happen again!

OK, I'll be the devils advocate again. I remember a few years back a few Russian women Athletes were banned from the Olympics because they had been taking male enhancing drugs and it showed technically they were more man than woman.

Now the bad bit. I fully accept LGB whatever, that's their choice, I have no problem cos my brother is gay. BUT, when competing the gender must be what they were born with, I don't care what or how many drugs they take to try and change their gender. So in that context (in competing sports) you would have male, female and those that want to be identified as should be listed and named as ITs. The ITs could be a separate category because no matter what they do they will never ever change sex.

Considering the possible approaches to legislation and their scenarios..

1. All about chromosomes
2. All about genitals
3. All about your brain fart

Oh the shock in sports I advocate for chromosomes. Or alternatively a category that doesn't has the binary gender category.

But if you want to compete in one or the other gender specific sports your chromosomes should be the defining factor.

The reasons are obvious.

Having breast and pussy do not take that advantage away. And I'm totally against any irreversible procedure on minors that don't save their lives. I had to add this because I've heard the argument that if you supress the puberty men never develop that physical advantage.

Going by chromosomes we would agree to humans that look like men to compete with women and vice versa.

Which then would create another issue, when the game is over, when the rules aren't clear and social interactions are defined, by hopes and fears, and bigotry get the better of people.
Now going by chromosomes, we would legally have dick shower with vaginas, which is something i couldn't advocate for.

So yes, it's very complex with many loopholes to abuse still.

Going by chromosomes you would not have those with male genitalia showering with those with female genitalia. X & Y are not just letters of the alphabet but they determine sex. It's the Y chromosome that determines sex.

You are still confusing what the law may say about I suppose those who perform surgery and have a pseudo-penis or pseudo-vagina. But they are still women and men respectively. Natural law can never be violated.

Sports are played always on the basis of someone's sex and not gender identity as the latter is part of an ideology that has no basis in reality or science.

What you will have at the end is a man winning female competitions or displacing women even if not winning these competitions. Just as it happened in this case or in other cases where Lia Thomas for example taking part in swimming competitions.

It's rather simple: Ban all transwomen from all female competitions.

This has happened in a number of sports already and in several states where transgender athletes have been banned from taking part in school and college competitions. They have also banned 'gender affirming care' i.e mutilations and hormones.

It's simple why transwomen should not take part in female competitions! Because they are men!!

I will have to emphasize again that chromosomes are not just letters of the alphabet. And I am pretty sure that most trans advocates and gender ideologists with the fact free claims and assertions think precisely of them as letters.

In reality the biological differences between men and women are determined by chromosomes. Y is what determines sex. Not trans activism or politics or the...law!
