Seems like a solid video, yes.
As far as mis or dis-info, yes and no. Some (a lot) of it is propaganda, some of it is misinformation, some of it is fairly accurate, and a lot of it
is CYA (on the part of the DOD). The press is currently
jammed with information slurry (if you get my drift).
As the press constantly hammers for information, officials offer the bits and pieces they want the media (and, subsequently, the people) to know
(controlled flow of information). This is done in the interest of national security, but keep in mind, this entire magic show an ideal setup for
politically inflammatory information ops from all sides. The balloons are nonsense. There have been more nefarious things in the past.
