Such nations don't interfere with the business of others.
Zimbabwe has sent troops previously to The Democratic Republic Of Congo and Mozambique to get involved in their conflicts.

From a purely moral point of view, we all have an obligation to stand up for Ukraine and not let them be bullied by Russia.
But, from a completely logistical point of view it also make total sense as well. Are we really going to just stand by and allow a country which has threatened a nuclear holocaust onto us a large chunk of the most fertile land on earth?

Still brainwashed into believing YOU are a posession of the Crown? 'Mate' (in the good old Aussie wya) you ex con's need to grow a pair and start thinking for yourselves instead of following the line of Westminster. You are on the other side of Planet Earth (where we dumped our sheep shaggers and thieves) and you still think you have the right to interfere with the goings on in the land of the Slav's and more broadly Europe. LOL don't make me laugh any more.

Firstly, Europe is by every definition in Britains back yard.
Secondly, you really think it would be in your best interest to just freely allow Russia to forcibly annex all the old USSR countries?

Denys Davydov provides some insight into the reasons behind Reznikov "resigning" because he was "asked to resign" so in a way that's the same as dismissing him, though semantically it may be a hair different. What that source doesn't seem to mention is the reason, which Denys says is a corruption scandal involving him and his deputies. Davydov worries that he may not get prosecuted but may just get assigned to another position where he can't steal as much, like ambassador to the UK. More about Reznikov and his deputies is discussed at time 10:12 in this video:

So Ukraine still has corruption to deal with, as do all the countries that were once a part of the soviet union, where corruption reigned and it still does in Russia. But Ukraine isn't as tolerant of it now especially when it's hampering their war efforts. Prigozhin wasn't very tolerant of all the corruption in the Russian military either; he was often complaining that his soldiers couldn't get what they needed to fight, because of all the top military officials in Russia stealing too much.

Such nations don't interfere with the business of others for the simple reason they can't.
They don't have the wherewithal, the natural resources or the infrastructure to be able to do so.
In fact, they rely on other countries in order for them just to remain functionable and viable.
