texas and arizona would make shorter work of mexico than ukraine has with russia just using the guard. mexico wouldn't last a week tops.

Texas was an independent nation for 10 years before joining the United States. Thats why they can subdivide there state into smaller states (up to 5) without needing Congressional approval and why they can legally fly the state flag at the same level as the US flag. Also there is that little thing called the Gadsden purchase.

and the Budapest memo, that Russia signed, covers Ukraine.

Oh I was meaning the period between Mexican independence 1821 and 1836 up to the Texas revolution, while not exactly the same its a similar premise to ruZZia and Ukraines issues and it is a fitting analogy saying Mexico invading Texas even if stretching slightly.

You really dont understand texas and its history there isn't any similarities start a thread and we can discuss this.

what I will say is Mexico lost Texas in a large part to needing money due to gaining their independence from Spain. They sold Texas to Americans their requirement was they had to become Mexican citizens. The problem was a huge desert made this area uninhabited and had very few Mexicans less than 1 percent of the population when Americans were sold land.

So as not to side-track things ill stop here.

Alldaylong used it as an example of how Imheres thinking earlier was flawed, Imhere refuted said example as incorrect and unalike... Alldaylong refuted that with 'the principle is the same'.

I simply stated that Alldaylongs argument is correct, the principle would be the same... ruZZIa used to own Ukraine as the USSR, they then lost it and now have engaged in a war to take it back despite it being an independent entity for a long time. Mexico once owned Texas for a period of time then lost it for a number of reasons... so Alldaylongs post to Imhere,

Was on principle correct, as its a similar hypothetical situation not unlike the current that with Imheres line of support and thought, would lead him to cheering on the Mexican military in such a hypothetical...

Thats all I was on about in my post.

And yeah thats al ill say about that, although during reading up about it loosely i did learn a few things i hadnt known about Texas and Mexico's history... and learning is good.

Saturday night had a similar and very rare extremely vivid dream about a nuke going off.

We are sitting there looking out to the horizon, nice weather, birds singing, looked like some kind of headland and you could sea a mass of water ahead, like a sea. Then in the far distance an explosion followed by a rising mushroom cloud. A voice said "how on Earth did we get to this point" then I woke up.

I know it's wiki, but my challenge to you is that you find evidence that what you claim is true. Because Russia says it is, that is not evidence but pure propaganda.
