In conclusion, we show that CD8+ T cell responses contribute substantially to Ad26.COV2.S vaccine protection against SARS-CoV-2 replication in rhesus macaques. We speculate that CD8+ T cell responses may also contribute to virologic control following mRNA vaccination, although this has not yet been demonstrated.

Both humoral and cellular immune responses are likely important for vaccine protection against SARS-CoV-2 severe disease. It is likely that CD8+ T cell responses contribute more to protection against SARS-CoV-2 variants that partially evade NAb responses such as Delta and Omicron, as compared to protection against the original SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan or WA1/2020 strains.

Since basically none of you understand what im talking about or what the science is saying, what im saying is actually beyond alot of the studies. Many aspects of this vaccine havent been studied. Yet its claimed its safe. Then people are using a complete lack of study to mean well there is no evidence.....thats ridiculously stupid.

If you actually understand the mechanisms at play its 1 + 1 = 2, if cd8 t cells are activated against cells...that literally means they destroy the cells. UNCONTROLLED Destruction of cell = bad. Inducing this = bad. And very soon, everyone will be saying this.

If you want to dispute this, dispute by showing your knowledge. Explain how you've examined all the possible ways this could go wrong or bad and you're absolutely sure it can't, i'd LOVE to hear it because you'd be talking absolute fairy tales because physics works a certain way, the atoms do certain things and once you know that....it doesnt really change. Nobody here has the knowledge to explain it away. This is why you're spineless cowards, you will argue when you know you have no idea.

The nanoparticles can be between 50 to 150+ nm. 1 nm is 1 billionth of a metre. The mrna is nanoscale. The spike proteins are nanoscale.

Yeah and you wouldnt know without testing. This is novel mrna it isnt ordinary rna either. Or what if this rna is damaged and its in your cells? Or what if the mrna is broken into smaller fragments? How about what the spike proteins do, which is not included in that summary, they're part of the outcome of the vaccine but this is just looking at the stuff in the needle, not the products of the stuff in the needle also. What happens if the protein is only partially translated?

There is also dsRNA contamination. It has been seen that spike proteins can inhibit the dna repair mechanisms, this can lead to cancer. Again you can't just look at one thing and think you can disprove it when you have no idea what you're talking about. You really dont know.
