No, it isn't.
What biolabs and what has that got to do with this?

You back someone in a corner and try to infringe on their natural resources and safety and borders don’t act surprised when this is what you get!
Putin backed himself into a corner , he underestimated the resolve of the Ukrainian people to defend their country and the will of the West to stand up to his unprovoked attack on a neighboring country.
His Peter the Great fantasy got the better of him.
Stop saying unprovoked cause u know it wasn't. If Mexico and Canada allowed Russia to come over there and set missile systems, start arming and training the soliders there while the US was having conflicts with them, if Mexico and Canada also allowed Russia to set up 20 bio labs for who knows what reasons all while Mexico installs tons of new laws that directly target the tens of millions of American people that live in one area of Mexico and later on Mexico sends in the army and thousands of government backed Nationlist militias who beat, torture and burn American people to death the US would send in their armed forces to put an end to it as well and all the westernbmedia would be behind the US for all the reasons I mentioned above. THE US would not only attack Mexico they would attack Russia as well for Russia interfering in their affairs and arming an enemy
Nuclear terrorism in action: the Russians have declared their readiness to blow up the mined ZNPP Russians do not hide their plans and are already openly blackmailing the whole world, declaring that they are ready to blow up the Zaporizhia NPP. In his statement, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Federation, Major General Valery Vasiliev, who currently commands the garrison of the ZNPP, said that "there will be either Russian land or a scorched desert." "As you know, we mined all the important objects of the Zaporozhye nuclear plant. And we do not hide this from the enemy. We warned them. The enemy knows that the station will be either Russian or nobody's. We are ready for the consequences of this step. And you, liberation warriors, must understand that we have no second way. And if there is the most severe order - we must fulfill it with honor!" he told his soldiers. Earlier, the representative of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Andriy Yusov said that the department has confirmed information about the mining of power units of the ZaNPP by Russian troops
So Putin intends to create a nuclear disaster on his doorstep because he is losing so badly? Even though he has basically achieved everything he said he wanted to achieve?
This sounds an awful lot like when they said Assad was launching a chemical attack on women and children out of desperation in the middle of a war he was winning. It just makes no strategic sense.
What makes more strategic sense is Russia intends to disable the power plant if Ukraine somehow manages to recapture it. Not this scorched earth lunacy that Putin is on some quest to rebuild the mother Russia and nuke the planet.

If this is not a land/resource grab then why don’t we offer to relocate the Ukrainians to our wonderful USA for a much better life rather than supply weapons to fight a proxy war?
I would guess because its the Ukrainian homeland, its where Ukrainians have lived for generations and where they want to keep on living free from Russian domination and control.

President Putin is not crying, and he’s not losing.
I am not embracing any propaganda...I am trying to examine the source of what appears to be propaganda from folks who've earned a reputation for using it. Whats asinine is believing any reports without first examining and scrutinizing the source...for which I have yet to see in this case...just word from one side about the other...

Oh, yes he is.
At the end of the day everyone should be wanting to scrutize and confirm the source of anything reported these days.

Just read a report that North Macedonia has donated the four MiG 25's they bought from Ukraine, back to Ukraine.
Some versions of the 25 (Mig25RB) were "nuclear capable". Can't find any info on the version being returned to Ukraine, but it is likely that Ukrainian pilots will be familiar with the aircraft...and its capabilities.
Fight (nuclear) fire with fire?
Desperate times sometimes lead to Desperate Measures.
