Putin is the one trying to make a land and resource grab? You are very confused? This has nothing to do with Biden as any President would have helped out Ukraine after it was invaded. Trump would have helped as would any President since the Soviet Union fell.

To understand Putin and have an honest opinion you have to understand Russia's history, the Cold War, and NATO. Without that knowledge, you really can't have a meaningful opinion, to begin with.

History of NATO

It is often said that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was founded in response to the threat posed by the Soviet Union. This is only partially true. To be opposed to NATO is to be for a world that would be a horror to live in.

You really need to pick up a book. Go to a library and find books written before all of this about the Cold War and what NATO is, so you understand what kind of country Putin is trying to recreate by invading and retaking what the Soviet Union lost when their people said enough of this.

Unfortunately I get the impression with many of the US Putin apologists and acolytes its that they hate Biden so much that they criticise anything that he does regardless of minor trivialities like truth and right and wrong. (Next will be the predictable accusations of me being a Biden supporter etc).

I know people over the age of 25 have the ability to engage in critical thinking and believe most people do given the chance.

I've never been sucked into either party's ideologies so I do get what you're saying. Being non-partisan in a partisan world is difficult at times. Being an R or a D is like wearing blinders and it took me until into my 30s before I wised up. Now that I'm nearing 70 I doubt I could be tricked into either party anymore.

We're off topic here though. What's occurring at that nuke plant is a scary thing. I've been fascinated by how little attention the MSM has paid to this. Something happens to Putin and his underlings get control, who knows what could happen, including the missiles flying?

Energoatom states that the Russian general in charge of the garrison of the nuclear power plant had made direct threats to cause a major nuclear incident at the site.
“There will either be Russian land, or a scorched desert,” Major General Valery Vasiliev is reported to have told his troops.

Energoatom claims that Ukrainian intelligence services are aware of the fact that Russian forces had rigged the site of the nuclear power plant with explosives.
