M73 mortars are Serbian, they aren't in NATO.

The video is in part recruiting people from inside Russia to launch supporting ops from the homeland-and their aim is to overthrow the putin regime!

There is normally a 2-5% profit margin cap on domestic arms orders for the Russian military. Much of Russia's defense industry relies on export orders that are far more profitable. It is now facing the problem of needing to ramp up domestic deliveries with fewer export orders.

If Russia's defense industry has to import substitute more components, that will also drive up the costs of production, and a number of OPK corporations are city-forming enterprises that are the main employer in small cities. For political reasons, they have to have orders.

Russia's arms exports won't collapse, but they'll likely sign fewer orders, which will affect export volume figures in the coming years. I think one side effect from this war is that China will probably start taking away more orders from Russia.

Looks like the hill was washed out or removed on a corner stretch of rail. the Trian drug the tracks down the hill with it. What I will say is if you were trying to derail a train without explosives that was the perfect spot. you dig under the tracks and the weight of the train going around the curve does the rest.

Moreover, the shift away from supplying ex-Soviet military hardware will strain logistical systems. Providing ammunition and spare parts for the related platforms is a possible logistical choke point.
