As a reminder -

Just so people know and understand. Information from war zones can become confusing as there will no doubt be info released from the players (on both sides) involved that might not necessarily be true.

As such take everything as a possibility and NOT as absolute truth.

The very first casualty in a war is the truth and all warfare is based on deception

Since when has Russia cared about the Russian people. The Russian people are nothing but cannon fodder so Putin can rebuild the Russian Empire.

If we use history as our guide Putin will just kill Russians and then blame Chechnya, errr Ukraine, to justify his war.

It's horrendous looking at the footage. Putin's gone too far here, sure there were grievences yet the way things are going it looks like he wants to cleanse whole areas of humanity. Scary stuff and poor people caught up in the nonsense

All the more reason for the Russian people whom need to put their foot down and remove Putin from power. The potential of the Russian people could easily turn Russia into a 1st world country with leadership in many areas.

Two possibilities come to mind:

First, the Russians targeted the railway-related infrastructure in the area, intending to disrupt Ukrainian supply lines. Second, the attack is an extension of the Russian terror based strategy. These tactics involve targeting civilians in urban areas, including Kramatorsk, Ukraine. Moreover, the second option is closer to the Russian Army doctrine that translates to firepower/indiscriminate bombardment.

Moral issues aside, attempting to wipe out cities diverts resources from attacking Ukrainian supply lines and training areas. Also, piles of rubble provide cover for the defenders and holes in buildings allow lightly equipped forces to come and go freely. Welcome to Russian military idiocy.

Ukraine Army Is Using 'Terminator Drones' to 'Scare Russians' Into Retreat

Aformer adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Ukraine's military is using "Terminator drones" to trick Russian soldiers into thinking they are being chased by "Skynet."

Former Zelensky aide Igor Novikov shared what he called an "uplifting story" with MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace after discussing Russian attacks on civilians in Ukraine during a Thursday interview on Deadline: White House. Novikov said that Ukrainian troops were chasing Russians using commercial drones disguised to appear similar to equipment from the fictional Skynet, the powerful artificial intelligence network that becomes self-aware and attempts to eradicate humans in Arnold Schwarzenegger's Terminator film series.

"This clever, creative solution that our soldiers have found not to waste ammunition, not to waste artillery shells [is] ... take a commercial drone, with a camera, and camouflage it to look like something out of the worst Terminator movie," Novikov said. "So, it looks incredibly scary. Then they fly that drone around the place where the Russian soldiers are."

So many other facts strongly suggest the Ukrainian forces, especially Azov, are targeting their own people....

At least 30 killed, and over 100 injured when Russia attacked at train station full of civilians via two missile strikes.

Numbers of dead expected to rise.

Yes Salander good observation and I just heard that on the latest news. Russia apparently uses more modern missiles, this looks likely to be Azov as you suggest, which makes more sense

Curious. What are all the Putin nard-polishers saying today now that the Kremlin has said it's a 'huge tragedy' on the troop losses.

Russia's playbook for like 200 years is to wipe all civil and Goverment infrastructure out, limit food and water, create terror etc to basically have the population on their knees as they move in. They have done this with a rinse and repeat over and over. The difference today is instant social media that doesn't allow them to hide what they do while only them reporting on it all. I don't think they were ready for that to happen.
