Not only did they find the labs and their contents (for some they had previous knowledge from the USSR days), but Victoria Nuland discussed those labs in congressional testimony a few weeks back. She and Marco Rubio had the discussion. You were probably snoozing....

Everyone always knew where the labs were, and russia found zero evidence of bio weapons, because they are not weapons labs.

There is nothing improper about bio labs.
