We have less than 100 significant bases.

And 700 'outposts'

ALL of them intended to prevent tyrants like putin from doing the tyrant things putin is doing.

Call them whatever you want.

We do NOT use those bases to attack anyone not DIRECTLY threatening us, and we do NOT make any attempts to permanently enslave ANY country where we are forced to use these bases to protect our freedom, or the freedom of others.

Now say the same thing about russia with a straight face.
