You'd thunk that Putin fanboys would bury that fact, seeing how the comedian has figuratively bloodied Mr. KGB's nose in this war so far. Putin looks weak as ever. A national embarrassment to Russia.

No, of course not. He's actually doing rather well, considering...

However, whether you like it or not, Putin is acting like an unhinged nutter and has lost the plot. Clearly, he needs stronger drugs and should be kept away from sharp objects.

Refused to believe important Ukrainian reports of 'things'.

Just too twilight zone.

Until I watched putin on video yesterday.

Now I understand why a quarter million Russian Patriots are risking their lives to 'protest'.

They KNOW.

Something Seriously wrong with putin.

Wish there was something we could do to help them, but don't see any.

The only thing that can help the protests in Russia is if the Russian army does an 'about face' and tells Putin and his police state bureaucracy to step down.

Heard a retired senior paratrooper commander in Belarus is telling their paras today to not fight in this war. There are voices of dissent escaping the Putin control dome.

With regards to anti war protests in Russia . The government are trying to change the offense from public disorder to treason meaning the punishment goes from a max of 20 days to around 20 years .

If you can’t beat ‘em , lock em up and throw away the key .

Joining all the dots together I think its pretty reasonable - and yes, its a personal opinion and a guess - to believe that there's something not quite right with Putin mentally.

Russia really needs to address this as soon as possible, unfortunately history sort of suggests that Russian's are reluctant to remove their leaders.

Really beginning to feel sorry for Ukraine now.......................

such line of thinking is an embarrassment.

check how russia fought in syria, then check what they're doing now in ukraine.

they're using mostly old toys, with one hand behind their back, to minimize civilian casualties.

problem is, the west throws weapons and ammo at ukraine like there's no tomorrow, and ukrainian government gives those to civilians, telling them to fight. that's not just stupid, it's suicidal.

and it'll force russians to take their gloves off. then you will see the true horror of war. right now? it's just a goddamn skirmish, with propaganda machine blowing it out of proportion.

I would guess a Russian taken prisoner by the Ukrainians would have at least even chances of surviving the experience and subsequent captivity.

Chechen mercenaries ... not so much.

It’s confusing as I mentioned the chechens before on this thread and apparently there a 2 Chechen factions heading to Ukraine 1 pro Putin and 1 pro Ukraine . There were also numerous reports of the pro Putin crowd pulling out after one of their commanders ended up in a bag and deciding they didn’t want to fight Ukrainians
