Units of the People's Militia of the Lugansk People's Republic supported by Russian troops under the command of the General of the Army S.Surovikin have completely liberated the cities of Severodonetsk and Borovskoye, the settlements of Voronovo and Sirotino (Lugansk People's Republic).

The attempt of the enemy to transform the industrial area of AZOT enterprise located in Severodonetsk into a stubborn resistance epicentre has been thwarted. This enterprise is currently under control of the units of the People's Militia of the Lugansk People's Republic.

After the liberation of Severodonetsk and Borovskoye, the entire left-bank territory of Seversky Donets has passed under total control of the Lugansk People's Republic within its borders.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

On June 25, the cities of Severodonetsk and Borovskoye, the settlements of Voronovo and Sirotino passed under control of the Lugansk People's Republic. The localities liberated from the Kiev regime are inhabited by about 108,000 people. Total area of the liberated territory is about 145 square kilometres.

Success of the Russian army and the units of people militia of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics considerably diminish moral and psychological condition of the Ukrainian army personnel. In 30th Mechanised Brigade deployed near Artyomovsk, there are mass cases of alcohol abuse, drug use and unauthorised abandonment of combat positions.

Russian Federation Armed Forces continue launching attacks at military facilities located in Ukraine.

High-precision attacks of Russian Aerospace Forces and Kalibr missiles were launched at 169th Army Training Centre near Desna (Chernigov region), 199th Air Assault Troops Training Centre near Teterevka (Zhitomir region), as well as at 184th Training Centre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near Starichi (Lvov region).

Attacks have resulted in neutralising 65th, 66th mechanised brigades and 46th Airmobile Brigade from AFU strategic reservs that were finishing their preparation at those training grounds. The planned redeployment of the abovementioned units to operations area has been frustrated.

Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have neutralised: manpower and military equipment in 286 areas, artillery and mortar units in 62 areas, 2 command posts near Visunsk and Barmashovo (Nikolayev region), 4 munitions depots near Verkhnekamenka, Lisichansky and western suburbs of Lisichansk (Lugansk People's Republic).

Within the counter-battery warfare towards Donetsk, high-precision attacks launched by Russian Aerospace Forces have resulted in neutralising 10 multiple rocket-launching system (MRLS) plattoons near Avdeyevka, Ukrainsk, Ivanovka, Novosyolovka Pervaya and Vozdvizhenka (Donetsk People's Republic).

Attacks launched by aviation, missile troops and artillery have resulted in the elimination of over 720 nationalists, 12 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, as well as 16 special vehicles.

The enemy unsuccessfully attempted to launch attacks by aviation and MRLS at Snake Island. The attack was repelled by Pantsir-S air defence missile and gun system and has resulted in the destruction of 1 Su-25 airplane of Ukrainian Air Force and 12 rockets. Neither victims among garrison personnel, nor destructions have been caused.

Russian air defence means have destroyed 8 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near Varvarovka, Ray-Aleksandrovka (Lugansk People's Republic), Belyayevka (Kherson region), Malaya Kamyshevakha and Malyie Prokhody (Kharkov region).

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

On June 26, Russian Aerospace Forces launched 4 high-precision air-based missiles at the workshops of Artyom missile corporation located in Shevchenkovsky district of Kiev. This enterprise produced ordnance for Ukrainian multiple rocket-launching systems (MRLS).

According to live recording data, all of the 4 missiles have reached the target. The facility has been neutralised. Civilian infrastructure of Kiev has not been affected by high-precision armament.

Kiev regime attempted to intercept Russian high-precision missiles by the means of air defence deployed in the city. Ukrainian S-300 and Buk-M1 air defence system crews had launched over 10 air defence missiles.

Due to lack of interoperability between the launching ramps of the air defence systems and electronic facilities deployed in residential areas, 2 S-300 air defence missiles have been intercepted by Ukrainian Buk systems. One of the intercepted air defence missiles has presumably fallen down to a residential building.

Ukrainian command is trying to stop the chaotic escape of Ukrainian servicemen near Lisichansk amid the success of Russian army within liberating Donbass.

A Right Sector Nazi barrier unit was sent to hold the personnel of the first battalion from 72nd mechanised brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near Volcheyarovka. Russian artillery has eliminated this unit.

The Ukrainian troops involved in operation towards Lisichansk are no longer controlled. Commander of 115th Independent Mechanised Brigade of the AFU who deployed its command post in the rear area has lost control over his units that caused losing 80 percent of manpower and about 70 percent of equipment of 138th Battalion from this brigade during operations.

On June 26, Russian units eliminated 2 sabotage and reconnaissance groups of mercenaries formed by 14 militants during the combats that took place 3 km from Lisichansk oil refinery (Lugansk People's Republic).

The first group was international and consisted of citizens from various European countries. The second was formed by mercenaries only from Georgia who were parts of the so-called Georgian Legion.

This armed group is mostly composed of criminals. The eliminated Georgian mercenaries were involved in the brutal torture and murder of Russian servicemen near Kiev in March this year.

Russian Defence Ministry has information about each mercenary involved in torturing and murdering out servicemen. We have found and punished them.

Russian Federation Armed Forces continue launching attacks at military facilities located in Ukraine.

High-precision armament of Russian Aerospace Forces has neutralised the base of 106th Battalion from 63rd Mechanised Infantry Brigade of the AFU near Visunsk (Nikolayev region). Over 40 Ukrainian servicemen and 12 units of military equipment have been eliminated.

Attacks have also resulted in the elimination of AFU manpower and military equipment in 27 areas, including those that formed part of the Right Sector near Lisichansk, as well as those of Azov and Kraken near Kharkov.

5 AFU command posts and 3 munitions, missile and artillery armament depots have been neutralised near Bereznegovatoye (Nikolayev region) and Novodruzhesk (Lugansk People's Republic).

Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have neutralised: 24 command posts, artillery and mortar units in 58 areas, as well as manpower and military equipment in 304 areas.

Within the counter-battery warfare towards Donetsk, high-precision armament of Russian Aerospace Forces has neutralised: 3 Grad MRLS plattoons near Avdeyevka and Dzerzhinsk, a plattoon of M-777 155-mm howitzers near Konstantinovka, 2 Giatsint 152-mm howitzer plattoons near Kalinov and Artyomovo, as well as 2 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system plattoons near Ocheretino and Novolugansk that had been launching attacks at Donetsk and othe cities of the Donetsk People's Republic.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

Successful joint action of Russian troops, units of people's militia of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics cause critical losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Attacks launched by Russian Aerospace Forces at a base of Azov Nazi group located in Kharkov and of one of the battalions of 92nd Mechanised Infantry Brigade deployed near Pokotilovka (Kharkov region) have resulted in the elimination of over 100 Ukrainian servicemen, foreign mercenaries and up to 15 armoured and motor vehicles.

The low training level of the Ukrainian citizens mobilised for being involved in operations and foreign mercenaries increasingly causes friendly fire.

Recruits who had come for replenishing the personnel of 97th Battalion from 60th Infantry Brigade suffered a mortar attack from their units.

A similar situation occured in 28th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU where foreign mercenaries launched a fire attack at a reconnaissance group of the abovementioned unit. This attack has resulted in losing 4 servicemen dead and 3 wounded.

Russian Federation Armed Forces continue launching attacks at military facilities located in Ukraine.

On June 27, in Kremenchug (Poltava region), Russian Aerospace Forces launched a high-precision air attack at hangars with armament and munitions delivered by USA and European countries at Kremenchug road machinery plant.

High-precision attack has resulted in the neutralisation of west-manufactured armament and munitions concentrated at the storage area for being delivered to Ukrainian group of troops in Donbass.

Detonation of the storaged munitions caused a fire in a non-functioning shopping centre next to the facilities of the plant.

In addition, Russian Aerospace forces have destroyed 2 command posts near Spornoye (Donetsk People's Republic), AFU manpower and military equipment in 28 areas towards Lugansk and Donetsk.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

The enemy suffers considerable losses.

10th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) suffered considerable losses during the offensive near the Lisichansk oil refinery. According to captured servicemen from this brigade, 108th Battalion has been completely defeated. Only 30 from 350 servicemen remain in this unit.

115th Mechanised, 79th Air Assault and 25th Airborne brigade of the AFU that operate towards Lisichansk suffer a critical situation in grocery supply. There are a lot of cases of abandoning positions and desertion due to starving.

Attack launched by Russian artillery near Pitomnik (Kharkov region) has resulted in the elimination of up to 100 militants from Kraken Nazi group and about 10 units of combat equipment. Commanders of the militants have decided to abandon the positions and to withdraw the rest of this unit to Kharkov.

On June 30, as a goodwill gesture, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation finished fulfilling the assigned tasks in Snake Island and withdrew the garrison that had been operating there.

The Russian Federation has demonstrated to the international society the absence of any obstacles for the efforts of UN to establish a humanitarian corridor for transporting agricultural products from Ukraine.

This solution will prevent Kiev from speculating on an impending grocery crisis citing the inability to export grain due to total control of the northwestern part of the Black Sea by Russia.

Now it is up to the Ukrainian side that is still not clearing the Black Sea coastline, including the harbour waters.

We were perplexed by the regular report by the Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU) that is entitled “Situation of human rights in Ukraine in the context of the armed attack by the Russian Federation.”

We believe the drafting of this document is beyond the HRMMU’s mandate because neither the UN Human Rights Council, nor the UN General Assembly instructed this monitoring mission to report on this issue. We consider untenable its references to the resolutions adopted by the HRC and the UN General Assembly at the prompting of Kiev and its Western patrons to justify this “study.”

We would like to remind our readers that the HRMMU was established in 2014 on the basis of a bilateral memorandum of understanding between Kiev and the UN High Commissioner on Human Rights with a view to helping Ukraine resolve its human rights issues. However, during its eight-year presence in Ukraine, this mission has focused on justifying Kiev’s punitive actions and glaring violations of the human rights of the people in southeast Ukraine.

The theme and content of yet another HRMMU “study” dots all the i’s and crosses all the t’s. It is obvious that its experts are acting in favour of their financial and political supporters and are therefore not interested in revealing the real reasons behind the crude and extensive human rights violations in Ukraine.

Despite the enormous volume of photo and video evidence, and documented testimonies of the victims and eye witnesses to the atrocities committed by the Kiev regime, and the nationalist battalions under its command, against civilians, the HRMMU’s reluctance to give a clear-cut and objective assessment of the events in Ukraine not only undermines trust in this mechanism but it also discredits the work of the United Nations as a whole.

In this context, we once again demand that the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and her office give up their biased and politicised approaches to their activities and fulfil their mandate honestly and without bias, and strictly follow the letter and spirit of the UN Charter.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine. The enemy suffers significant losses in all directions.

As a result of Russian Aerospace Forces high-precision weapons strikes on Ukrainian combat positions in Soledar direction, the total losses of the 24th mechanized brigade of AFU already amount to about 2.5 thousand people, or 60 per cent of its personnel.

79th Airborne Assault Brigade of AFU has been almost completely destroyed, with losses exceeding 80 per cent of its personnel.

Russian Aerospace Forces have hit temporary deployment sites and ammunition depots of the units of 14th and 72nd Mechanized and 10th Mountain Assault Brigades of AFU near Artemovsk, Donetsk People's Republic. Up to 350 personnel and 20 armoured combat vehicles were located at destroyed sites.

Against this background, soldiers of 80th Airborne Assault Brigade are refusing to take part in combat operations and are deserting en masse to rear areas.

The leadership of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has ordered a reduction in the treatment of wounded servicemen and their deployment without rehabilitation to make up for unit losses in areas of combat operations.

Acute shortage of first-echelon personnel forced the Kiev regime to throw front-line National Battalions, which were performing tasks in the rear areas as barrier troops.

On July 7, 226th battalion of the Ukrainian nationalist formation Kraken was ordered to move from Kharkov to Pokrovskoe, under the command of Soledar operational tactical group. But nationalist commanders and fighters refused to carry out this order.

Russian Defence Ministry monitors and records by name all foreign mercenaries who have arrived in Ukraine to take part in combat operations.

As we have already mentioned, contrary to the false claims of the Kiev regime about allegedly 20,000 of foreign mercenaries arriving to Ukraine, their actual number is much lower. Moreover, it is steadily declining.

Over the past three weeks, the number of mercenaries in Ukraine has decreased from 3,221 to 2,741 as a result of the offensive actions of the units of the Russian Armed Forces and people's militia of Lugansk and Donetsk republics.

During this time, despite the arrival of another 151 mercenaries, 391 militants have been killed. Another 240 "wild geese" rushed to flee outside Ukraine.

Poland again tops the list in terms of the speed and number of fighters killed during the period, with 166 Polish fighters killed. Among the Georgian representatives, 50 "soldiers of fortune" were killed, UK lost another 23 mercenaries in Ukraine. Also, 21 Romanian and 15 Canadian fighters were killed in three weeks.

Updated data on the count of foreign mercenaries currently in Ukraine has been published on the Russian Defence Ministry's information resources on the Internet.

Once again, the Russian Armed Forces are identifying foreign mercenaries even as they prepare to enter Ukraine.

On July 6, two British citizens, Colin Scott and Adrian Davis, and three US citizens, Michael Vujkovic, Andrew Fox and Oliver Short, arrived at the foreign mercenary collection and accommodation centre located at 1 Kozmian street in Poland's Zamosc city.
