I doubt there is firm data either way given how new it is.

Likelihood is still protection but possibly at a reduced level. The same will probably apply for naturally acquired imunity.

Herd immunity is another term they have altered, why would anyone ignore this?

I guess that would depend heavily on where you live. Where I am the vax has dramatically reduced the number of deaths. Our monthly death count is lower than our daily one used to be in some places.

In 2020 Covid was mostly effecting China, NorthSouth America and the EU. Three of which regions already had a strong system in place to deal with virus outbreaks.

By 2021 Covid outbreaks were regularly occurring in Africa, India, Pakistan and south east Asia. Areas of extreme poverty with over crowded cities and very poor infections disease control.

Thus, the answer to your question is probably "In 2020 most cases were in rich or middle income countries, but by 2021 covid it was hitting low income countries as welll".

Or, to say it in a simpler way. In 2021 Delta went through the slums like a Uncle Joe in a girls pre-school".

Back in the day it was far easier to convince people of the Pharma Science.

Even now, we have the internet, we have access to peoples stories, and for the first time people have access to the material that would allow them to critically think. And here we are with dips*** parents, giving this shot to children as young as they possible can.

It really is that simple, I am grateful we have had the relentless propaganda that has resulted in people becoming lab rats. Lab rats who actively recruit their supposed loved ones.

Speaking of lab rats, where are the animal studies on the Covid Vaxxines?

I would venture to say they know this because the MSM is using this truth to scare people into getting the vaxxine, sadly too many people will not even realize the only difference between this year and last year is the vaxxine.

If a new treatment becomes available that doesn't fit the literal definition then a new word has to be entered into the dictionary. You can't just randomly change definitions to suit your agenda.

I agree with the OP, there is also a third group that might be growing, those that have had two shots of this and said that's enough already.
Because what vaccine needs three shots within a year?
So the explanation is one of these three:
1)A total hoax fabricated from illness/deaths that were always with us.
2)Extreme declining ineffectiveness (then what's the point)
3)Greedy big Pharma just milking the governments for billions of dollars that aren't even needed.(one shot was all you needed)

And if the so called effectiveness really does decline that fast, I am better off supplementing my diet with immunity boosters, than taking another(third) dose of that, with all it's potential risks.

People that refuse a third shot are not anti-vaccine or even anti-covid-19 vaccination, but they are anti-stupidity.

Because the virus wasn't here around for the full year in 2020, and certainly not as well spread.

Stricter restrictions in 2020.

Vaccine roll out takes time so well in to 2021 before the majority vaccinated.

It does when the mechanism that that treatment uses is the same.

These new treatment causes the immune system to identify, eliminate and store the identification in the memory cells of the immune system, the same thing a natural infection does and the same thing old school vaccines do.
