EXCLUSIV E: Some Key Questions Surrounding the FOX News Settlement with Dominion Voting Machines

I've condensed the questions from GP --

  • 1. The most obvious question about this settlement is why did FOX settle for such an astronomical amount. Did FOX really believe that this was the best they could do?
  • 2. For the most part per many Trump supporters’ position, FOX did very little after November 3rd to say much about the election at all... So what actually did FOX say that was so terrible?
  • 3. It’s not a crime to report the news. Media outlets often share what others report. Why would FOX feel that their duty to report the news was not a strong defense in this case?
  • 4. Why did FOX News and its attorneys believe they would lose their argument that they did not mean to defame Dominion? Actual malice is the standard that Dominion had to meet.
  • 5. Why did FOX not rely on the facts from its discovery? Eric Coomer, the former executive of Dominion, and many others had issues with the system, saying “our sh*t is just riddled with bugs”. Is that not totally damning in this case?
  • 6. Why did FOX News not rely on the information available on Dominion discovered and reported by The Gateway Pundit and other publications before and after the 2020 Election?
  • 7. Why would FOX not demand an audit of the Dominion system by subject matter experts before agreeing to anything?
  • 8. Why would FOX News not go to court and present these issues and more?

All good questions.

But I still think that this was the plan. Fox "settled" to send a chilling message to anyone else considering reporting the facts and the truth. People are intended to think "If Fox can't win, then no one can."

I don't know what's worse, the fact that FOX caved or the fact that they empowered Dominion.

Here's another question, and one that we won't be able to get answered:

What role did national security play, if any?

If we could answer this question, we might be surprised to find the answers to some of those other questions.

Indeed -- It's a very good question!

I suspect that any foreign involvement is not only known, but contracted. As in part of a consensual agreement between nations.

But all the nonsense about bamboo fibers, etc., was planted. In part, to create sensational but easily debunked allegations to garner attention, only to be disproven... leading many to think all accusations are debunked. Or, at the very least, that all accusations are equally ridiculous.

It always struck me as more than a coincidence that the election fraud deniers pushed the bamboo fiber theory far more than anyone else.

Smartmatic wants more than Dominion’s $787 million payout, plus a retraction from Fox for its 2020 election lies, lawyer says

A top lawyer for Smartmatic, the voting technology company whose defamation lawsuit against Fox News is still pending, said Thursday that he won’t accept any settlement smaller than the $787 million Fox agreed to pay Dominion, and that his client needs a “full retraction” from the right-wing network disavowing the lies it spread about the 2020 presidential election.

Regardless of whether or not any bamboo fibers were identified, it's important to first point out that Jovan Hutton Pulitzer's Kinematic Artifact Detection report was suppressed, initially kept from the public, and hardly reported on by the press.

However, Jovan's report claims to have found 10,500 counterfeit ballots, ballots with no MIC marks, and ballots with a paper curl indicting a likelihood that they were printed on a foreign printing press.

Jovan's report also claimed to have identified over 400,000 inserted ballots, with 90% of them being for Biden.

Biden "won" Arizona by less than 11,000 votes.

A few key people have the truth..the evidence that Biden was cheated into office. It was provided to FoxNews, which is why Donald Trump told them 2 days before the trial started, to just tell the jury what they know to be the truth.

New whistleblower alleges myriad violations of Florida law by county elections office

A new whistleblower alleges that the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE) office has violated Florida election law in myriad ways, declaring that in Orange County elections there is "no accountability from beginning to end."

In a sworn affidavit filed with the Florida Secretary of State's office, poll worker Robin Wheeler alleges that the Orange County SOE office committed numerous violations of state law, including: having poll workers cast ballots for voters after they left the polling site, hiring poll workers from outside the county and state, changing voters' addresses without using the required forms, not accounting for ballots, and letting minors cast ballots for their parents.

Many more specifics and details at the link.

The new status quo?

After Disastrous Debates in 2020, Democrats Have Decided to Not Hold Presidential Debates in 2024

Well, this is disappointing news. The Washington Post reported Thursday that “the national Democratic Party has said it will support Biden’s reelection, and it has no plans to sponsor primary debates.” It’s understandable: the Dems have a president, of sorts, and so they’re counting on the power of incumbency to help their superannuated kleptocrat get over the top again. However, it’s also immensely disappointing, because after years and years of Democratic presidential debates being dreary displays of candidates trying to out-socialist one another, 2024 Democratic primary debates would have actually had something to offer.

There was pushback from the Dems when Katie refused to debate -- not much, but it was there.

Do enough Democrats still believe that candidates work for them and demand they at least interview for the job? Or are they happy enough with the echo chamber that tells them to vote for the "D" anyway? I guess we'll find out.

After that Joe v Trump debate, the amount of lies where just as amazing as my mum's willingness to suck them up, we do get our information from different places.

To not even go with a debate at this stage of the election cycle, the communists look confident.

Yes, they sure do. I suppose they can be confident that their yellow-dog Democrats will vote for the "D" no matter what. But I don't believe they have enough yellow-dog Dems to win, which means they are that confident that they've successfully rigged the elections. (And the courts... and the local officials... and so on and so forth).

I hope and pray they're wrong.

If there is one weapon that evil cannot stand against, it is love. The passion that has kept this thread alight is one reflection of it.

As the election gets closer, the pressure of debate will build. There will be a lot of them in the run offs. As for that prime time heavy weight final match, things will never be the same if that disappears.

Thank you. That's the greatest compliment (for want of a better word) for this thread that I can think of. This thread is a labor of love. And I do not say that in a boastful way. I am well aware that this thread has been and is a team effort, and our passion does originate in love -- love for our nation, love for our way of life, love for all that made this nation great. It's always been so much bigger than just us.

I hope you're right. I think you may be right. Debates are important and valuable. Debates are for the benefit of the voters -- NOT the candidates or the parties. It should not be their choice.

That woman is something else!!! Even in the woowoo world of "The (f)Law of Atrraction" she's on a whole other level.

It would be amusing. A little entertainment and good for some good belly laughs in the silly season.

Yes! Why not? Republicans can invite whosoever they choose... and the invitee is free to say "yes" or "no" for themselves. Ooooh! How I'd love to see that!
