Thought I should put this here, too:

Interesting dichotomy with the Carlson lawsuit. Fox settles for .787 billion dollars over election claims, yet sites like Black Box Voting, who have documented voting machine vulnerabilities for more than a decade, seem unaffected...

Didn't Black Box Voting go defunct from an internal conflict?

Thank you for posting this. It corroborated and substantiates the fractional votes others found in 2020.

Generally speaking, I was surprised we didn't hear more from Bev Harris and Blackbox Voting after 2020. She's been on this since at least 2000 and the Bush/Gore fiasco. I didn't understand why more of those investigating didn't consult and collaborate with someone with the knowledge and experience they needed.

And I came up with 3 possibilities:

1. They wanted to deflect the truth
2. They wanted to control/spin the truth
3. They wanted to be "thee" hero

I'll bet it was frustrating for Bev Harris too!

They re-organized in 2021 --

That was then. This is now: Black Box Voting 2.0

2006. 2016. 2021. As you can see, we’re still in the same boat. We’ve revamped this site for 2021. BlackBoxVoting 2.0 will combine legacy research from Bev Harris, who developed the original BlackBoxVoting.org in 2003, with current work by a growing citizen talent pool. The site is now jointly administered by Bennie Smith, a computer programmer and election commissioner for Shelby County, TN, and Bev Harris. The site will provide expert content to publicize important, durable information to expose problems and improve process. All contributors have front-line experience in attempting to verify elections.

Whether this was the result of an internal conflict, I don't know anything about that.

Even without new content though, the website is still up and running. The heavy lifting was done over there many years ago, and that work is just as valid now as when it was published. There is no satire disclaimer that I saw, and as far as I know no one is trying to sue them into oblivion.

Not written.

I used to follow it closely -- from start-up actually.

There was disagreement between Bev Harris (originator) and someone else.

It says there's a 2.0 -- but there doesn't seem to be current activity.

I started following her from C2C: www.coasttocoastam.com...

I agree.

I do wonder about the timing... and about what she's doing these days... I don't believe she just all of a sudden decided to walk away.

Maybe she is working with others behind the scenes 🤔

Thanks for posting the link!

So she's trying to walk away from politics. Can't blame her.

Remember the Breger testimony accusing public figures of dodgy real estate deals that got Liz Harris kicked out of the House?

Well here's a look at one such deal with docs at the link.

Hey, ‘member that time Garrett Archer and his wife were granted a house from Walter F. Ellis for $10?

That was neat.🤣

Oh, look — there’s a Walter Ellis in AZ that does work for the radio broadcasts of the Arizona Cardinals, the Phoenix Suns and the Phoenix Coyotes.

Imagine that. What a coincidence.😒

Jonathan (Twitter)

FYI -- Garrett Archer is a reporter for the local ABC news station.

Oh my! Someone's stirring the pot --

🔥@KariLake: I beg you, @TuckerCarlson to speak out. Break the terms of that contract. We need your voice.. And if you get sued by your former employer, we will help create a defense fund to help you fight that lawsuit. 🦾🇺🇸

Of course, Fox is Kari's former employer as well 😁

Kari Lake Twitter

My gut feeling is that the Bud Lite blowback will look like a silly tantrum compared to what's in store for Fox. Kari and Tucker teaming up against the news network could be hell for them.

Another legal demand for the ballot signatures:

JUST IN: We The People AZ Alliance Files Lawsuit Against Maricopa County to Force Compliance With Public Records Request for Fraudulent 2022 Ballot Signatures – FILING INCLUDED

We The People AZ Alliance filed a new Special Action Complaint yesterday seeking a writ of mandamus ordering the Maricopa County Elections Department to produce public records relating to the inspection of all 2022 General Election Ballot Affidavit Envelopes, including mail-in, early voting, and late early ballot envelopes.

The lawsuit is signed off by We The People AZ co-founder and Maricopa County Republican Committee First-Vice Chair Shelby Busch.

This comes after We The People AZ sent a public records request to view these documents on April 5. According to the filing, “On April 10, 2023, the Public Records Custodian responded to Plaintiff WE THE PEOPLE’s request by stating, ‘pursuant to A.R.S. 16-168(F) and in the best interest of the state exception to the Public Records Act, the Recorder’s Office is denying your request.'”

So this is the second attempt by We The People AZ to obtain the signatures. AZ Sen Wendy Rogers also requested the ballot signatures in her capacity as Chairwoman of the Arizona Senate Elections Committee, and she was also refused for the same reasons. As was Kari Lake when she requested the ballot signatures after the AZ Supreme Court ordered the lower court to re-visit and re-consider the issue, and for the same reasons.

I think the We The People AZ filings sum it up pretty well right here:

“Defendants also denied Plaintiff access based on an undisclosed ‘best interest of the state’ exception. Here, the best interests of the state cannot be defined as preventing a Plaintiff from discovering the use of fraudulent signatures in the vote by mail process.

(Bolded by me for significance and emphasis!)

I'm watching and waiting (impatiently) for the AZ Supreme Court's response to the defense's request for sanctions, and Kari's renewed request for reconsideration of the chain-of-custody issues. The two issues go hand-in-hand with Runbeck being the greatest common denominator.

The Trump campaign hired a second company to look into the 2020 election. They found nothing/nada/zilch.

😂😂😂

why weren’t these companies the brilliant one hired able to find any fraud??? That’s two now!

Wouldn’t a sane person at this point realize the election was fair?

Realizing? No.

Believing? That depends on what you want to believe.

Proving? Well...

You would have a harder time proving the election was fair, than proving there was fraud, of which there are mountains of evidence. The only way to prove that the election was fair, would have been full forensic audits across the country. It's too late now, because most of the records have been destroyed, so that election will go down in history as it stands, Biden getting more votes than any US President in history while campaigning from his basement, and while 51 ex-CIA agents lied to Americans to cover for his dirt bag son.

Thanks -- good to know!

And all the more reason to wonder just what the hell Trump is really up to.

Fortunately, we don't need to rely on Trump, or Trump's people, or anyone else to tell us anything. I've looked at the broken laws and weakened safeguards and refusal to turn over relevant evidence for myself, and I know for myself that the election was not fair or honest. Anyone so inclined can do the same.

Now, if only Maricopa County would stop refusing to release the ballot signatures that the AZ Supreme Court has ordered the lower court to revisit and reconsider....
