It's definitely discouraging and disheartening, but we are fighting a corrupt government which is entrenched and empowered... of course it's going to be hard fight. We're going to have to fight like hell for every inch. And every inch is valuable and worth the fight.

But look at it from the Cheating Cheaters perspective.... they thought they had the process so locked up -- from every branch of govt -- that they'd never be caught.... that we'd never figure out how they did it... or who did it.

We've already learned far too much and gained too much legislative and judicial ground for them to feel comfortable.

Much of their ground game is falling apart -- the #Twitter Files, FTX and SVB failing, Trump's NY case falling apart, and so on.

They aren't infallible or invincible.

You know the Democrats are panicking when the White House says the U.S. Treasury is sending documents to Congress that contain "Lies...Lies and more Lies" about Biden family financial transactions.

I just posted this over in the Pluto/Aquarius thread, but the second half of the song applies here equally as well.

This is bad. Soooo bad. Just deny, deny, deny! I'd have more respect if they at least acknowledge the bare facts and spun them this, that and the other way.

Just like the whole election fraud denials -- deny, deny, deny! -- but don't want to address the facts.

Because acknowledging anything opens the door to contradiction and debate.

Well, they cannot deny the signature verification fraud any longer. The Arizona Supreme Court has confirmed it. They'll have to deal with it.

The sun is shining 🌞

Thursday, March 30!!!

BREAKING UPDATE: Maricopa County Judge Issues Order Setting Schedule For Kari Lake’s Signature Verification Fraud Challenge, Conference on MARCH 30 – ORDER INCLUDED

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that the trial court erred in dismissing the signature fraud and ordered further review of the mail-in ballot envelope signatures.

Judge Thompson gave all parties until Tuesday, March 28, to file a memorandum of law “as a supplement to the previously filed Motions To Dismiss, Response and Reply.”

He further ordered the parties to appear for oral argument on Thursday, March 30, at 9:00 am if he decides not to dismiss the lawsuit again.

Hmmm... would the lower court dare defy the Supreme Court? And if so, what then? Would Kari have to file a new appeal with the Supreme Court? Could the lower court be held in contempt by the Supreme Court? Could the Supreme Court assume the case and remove it entirely from the lower court?

Hmmmm.

Hmmmm.

So what happens if they find about 100,000 signatures that don't match and 99% of them were for Katie Hobbs? Do they discover this, announce this, and then just do nothing about it once again? They seem to be good at finding fraud, but not prosecuting fraud.

For better and worse, ballots are separated from the ballot envelopes once the signature on the ballot envelope is verified to protect the voter's right to a secret vote. So they can identify a gazillion mismatched signatures, but we will never known who they voted for.

According to the law and court precedents -- which should be every court's guiding and deciding criteria for ruling -- if there are enough mismatched signatures to change the winner (about 16,500 in the case of Lake and Hobbs) then the outcome is uncertain and a new election must be held.

In a fair and just world anyway...

Sunday will be a real eye-opener when the Congressman who's receiving these "lies" about Biden transactions from the Treasury Department, is on CNN at 12noon ET. (March 26th)

Source: twitter.com...

I hope Comer brings the proof with him to hold up for the camera. President Trump used to be eaten alive by TV show hosts, because he didn't bring the proof with him.

Right! And the states with the most fraud prosecute fraudsters the least. They're good at arresting and fining one or two people who voted in Georgia, after voting in New York, but that's about it. The officials can then say, we found fraud, and was tough on the fraudsters...but it amounted to nothing.

Kari's hearing has been delayed:

JUST IN: Maricopa County Superior Court Rescinds Order Setting Dates for Kari Lake’s Ballot Signature Fraud Challenge as Supreme Court Extends Deadlines for Sanctions and Responses – ORDER INCLUDED

The deadline to submit memorandums of law was set for Tuesday, March 28, and possible conference with oral argument was set for Thursday, March 30.

Lake’s team filed a Motion to Clarify on Friday in the Supreme Court, extending the due date to file a response to sanctions requested by Maricopa County. The Supreme Court then issued a new order setting April 5 as the deadline for Response and April 12 as the deadline for the Defendants’ replies.

Some folks think this is a good thing...

The new entry from Judge Thomspon “actually gives the @KariLake team more time now to prepare,” tweeted Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers.

In response to claims that Lake’s attorneys “inadvertently” caused this to happen, Rogers stated, “Navy SEAL attorneys like Kurt Olsen don’t do ANYTHING ‘inadvertently.' ”

So (again) we'll see what happens.

We should be learning a lot more about FTX's involvement in our elections, thanks to James O'Keefe, in near future.

EXCLUSIVE: O’Keefe Media Group’s Upcoming Exposé Will Confirm Financial Fraud Scheme Previously Uncovered By The Gateway Pundit

Peter Bernegger of Election Watch Incorporated told The Gateway Pundit, the investigation is set to show potential illegal money laundering connected to activist group GMMB, the Obama Foundation, Actblue, progressive abortion group Emily’s list, Mark Zuckerberg’s CTCL, the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), and FTX. This information is based on federal and state campaign finance data over a seven-year period. The Gateway Pundit previously reported on money laundering through Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX and the unknown amount of money laundered through the bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange for Democratic politicians.

Bernegger told The Gateway Pundit, “It looks like this is the largest money laundering scam in the history of the country.” It involves only extreme liberal candidates and no independents or moderates, said Bernegger. Some of the names provided to The Gateway Pundit were Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, Governor Katie Hobbs of Arizona, Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia, Congressman Troy Carter of Louisiana, Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, and current Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Janet Protasiewicz.

I wonder if this actually opens the door to revisiting any of the other issues that the Supreme Court refused to consider.

Here's a small victory for election integrity:

1.2 million inactive voters removed from Los Angeles voter rolls, more than half haven't voted in 10 years

Over 1 million inactive voters have been removed from the voter rolls in Los Angeles County, California, stemming from a lawsuit filed in 2017. In an effort to clean up voter rolls and prevent possible voter fraud, Judicial Watch, a conservative organization that promotes government transparency, sued Los Angeles County on behalf of legally registered voters.

I'm going to post what I've got without excerpts or commentary just to be sure I can get it posted! ATS was down all day and night yesterday for me, even "Is It Down" said it was down. But I see it was up for others. Too weird. Anyway, here goes:

Signature verification software used by Maricopa County says 10% is 'high-confidence' match

FYI: This software has not been approved or authorized by the State Legislatures. Nor is it specifically banned or forbidden.

However, the law does require real life people to examine and approve or refuse the signature.

I am calling it unlawful, as in there is no law addressing its use. Others are calling it illegal. I'm not sure that's technically true. I'm not trying to play semantics but just want to be clear.

ETA: Okay... mostly without commentary 😂

From you're last link. This is where we are at.

Maricopa Co Steve Ricther is saying that she may not look at the ballots because he is saying that it is “for the good of people”, to deny her.
.

What a nightmare Ricther has been. He's obstructed investigations into the elections, the audit, the AG's investigation, and now a court ordered inquiry. It should be no surprise that he is one of three, 2022 Arizona elected officials, who are suspected of cheating, and or, having help cheat.

Kari Lake Released the Following Statement:

It’s said that the coverup is worse than the crime. Maricopa County certainly seems willing to test that theory.

Since I announced my candidacy for Governor, Stephen Richer and Bill Gates have done everything in their power to subvert our election process and try to defeat me. They even went as far as starting a Super PAC dedicated to destroying our movement.

Now, they’re stonewalling our efforts to review these ballot envelopes because they know the signatures won’t match. These men believe that they are accountable to no one. Not even the voters they swore to represent. This continued obstruction is making a mockery of the law and is a slap in the face to Arizonans.

This is the smoking gun that they have been desperately attempting to bury. Unfortunately for them, I’m not backing down. I will not stop fighting until the full extent of Maricopa County’s corruption is revealed for the world to see.

If a Judge orders something and an official refuses, isn't that official supposed to be arrested?
