I wouldn't go that far. The MSM loves to portray them that way and some of the extremist's are, but, don't group everybody together. Our little town found that out June 2020. Funny how that never made the news.

Im still of the mind that the couple that was charged in Missouri would have been within their rights to shoot that mob.

Wasn't it the same State Attorney who declared "mutual combat" as a reason for not pressing charges for a shooting in Chicago?

From what I'm starting to understand is that the militia that the constitution refers to are civilians who are "called up" to aid existing military in case of emergency. So the National Guard pretty much takes care of that , and then some.

When something happens to enrage all the police and half the military, do these homegrown militia think they can handle that, and the US government will call them up to save the day? Thats funny. They'll bring in the UN.

My prediction is not guilty on all the murder charges.

Maybe one is lessened to malicious wounding or something far from the seriousness of murder.

But guilty on possessing a weapon while underage.

I'd be surprised if he doesn't walk away with at least misdemeanor (which possessing while underage is there I believe).

A question. If you see someone shoot someone in the head and run away. There are no cops around. Do you chase the shooter and try to stop him before he shoots other people? Or do you just let him run off and hope he doesn't shoot anyone else?

Yes, he would. The man who was shot trying to defend his friend's shop in St Louis was a hero. Had he been armed (I don't know if he was) he would still have been hailed as a hero. If only he had taken out his murderer (who was also a thief) before being killed we'd have one more hero and one less murdering thief in the world.

The national guard is the regulated militia, all the other ones are called unregulated militias and are clubs. Also please note that backyard military training is illegal and the militias get in trouble for that too. I did all this research back when militia men stormed some state capitol building, I think maybe in Michigan? It was when Trump was in office. Or maybe I did the research when they planned to kidnap some politician during Trump's term....They don't have a good track record.

LOLz at ATS confused about the black trauma texts...I was going to say something to the OP but her threads are usually the same, and didn't bother...but here's a hint, Jacob Blake. Black people are traumatized by police brutality, something white people think is not traumatic for black people.

Okay, but if he walks that's what will get people upset and ready for unrest. They'll claim a black guy in the same situation wouldn't walk. That's where the "black trauma" comes into the mix, in my opinion.

Jacob Blake was not too bright in this case, he may of assaulted his gf, was there a warrant too? He fought the cops..dumb, then decided he was getting into a car full of kids and figured he was driving off..dumb, dumb, dumb, oh and looked like might of grabbed a knife.

I'm no fan of the police, they abuse people all the time, this did not appear to be one of those times. But what the hell???? did he think, he was getting into that car and going on his merry way? I also think the cops were careless firing, with kids in the car, but that doesn't excuse Blake. I really have no sympathy for him, many other cases, I do.

It's not rough at all it's 100% the truth. What's your point about children? You think a black child knows about slavery and police brutality genetically? You think native children know too? It could be possible and probably studied, but they are definitely taught. That's what parents are supposed to do, teach their children.

If white people felt the same trauma as black and native people we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Hopeless is a good word. Lots of people feel hopeless in the battle against white supremacy. But lots of people don't give up.

You saying "sucks to hear" illustrates your white privilege that you had no idea. So I recommend you really investigate the trauma experienced by black and native america yourself.
