A question. If you see someone shoot someone in the head and run away. There are no cops around. Do you chase the shooter and try to stop him before he shoots other people? Or do you just let him run off and hope he doesn't shoot anyone else?

I think we should just be allowed to shoot anyone convicted of raping children.

But thats just me you do you

With your history of being out to lunch/wrong, you should skip dispensing advice on who to kill.

As for the kid, I think the kid acted in self defence.

Yeah well I have been right the whole time

The whole time

I am not a conspiracy theorist anymore I am the guy that was right about everything ..

But you're not..lol
, take the Baldwin thing..it's frightening, that you could not conceive 1 bullet can hit 2 people. So, no, your lack of thinking a thing out, is not good decision making.

I cant respond because its so off topic and its not the pit.

But with that said is it "FRIGHTNING" LMAO does it scare you?

What a joke

Scare..hell no, I just think you are the last guy who decides who gets killed or not.

So you dont think we should be allowed to shoot convicted child rapists?

I still do

I can't say it would bother me much, but irrelevant really. Kyle did not know these guys criminal records, it's completely a non issue..in terms of his case.

I'll let them answer, but absolutely try and stop them, one of their own kind recently did.

A maga retired vet, unarmed, disarmed a teenage gas station convenience store robber. The footage went viral within the last month. People do risk their lives to protect others, that's why Huber is a hero, and that other poster doesn't know what they're talking about.

With all due respect..how are you going to stop him? now think about what happened..wise course of action? Anyway, this wasn't a spree killing, I don't think the kid was off to blast some more people.

I ponder, if the 2nd, and 3rd guy saw guy #1, threaten, and chase the kid, which resulted in #1 losing..would they of done what they did?

Well being a small female I wouldn't, but I easily found 3 articles where people have. One used a car. Another shot the suspect, the third, a group of people stoned him to death by throwing concrete pavers at him.

I know of people who've intervened when a guy slapped a girl, etc. My point was, the people chasing Kyle knew he had just blown a guy's head off and ran. Do you think they reacted to seeing that and tried to stop a man they knew shot someone in the head?

As for your question. Not sure. Apparently drone footage of Kyle instigating hostilities with the first victim was allowed in as evidence. Maybe 2 and/or 3 saw that as well. Or maybe 3 only saw 2 get shot. Guess we may learn more at trial.

He "touched" people with bullets. Unfortunately, that "touching" resulted in death.

My understanding is, 2,3 only heard the crowd, saying that he shot someone, did not witness, they had no context of the 1st shooting. I think, 3 did see 2 get shot..I can sympathise with 2, I think he probably thought he was trying to stop an active shooter. #3, went at the kid, kid had him, 3 realised, and lowered his gun, if I recall, so did the kid, maybe slightly, then 3 decided to go for it. The kid could of already shot him, but didn't, so probably the easiest self defence argument in this whole mess.

I do want to see the drone footage.

Thanks for clarifying. It's an ugly situation all around. I think the kid likes being considered a hero if his smiling pictures are considered, but wish the kid stayed home instead of illegally getting a weapon and going there. Maybe the other guys would have still done something that caused the police to kill them, but at least this kid wouldn't be possibly facing a long future behind bars.

Eta well for this crime anyway. He was headed in a bad direction with his jumping that girl and wishing he could shoot those cvs people. Maybe it was just a matter of time.

So if there is drone footage is it permissible for a person to go off on someone looting and burning? I realize that this is something the police should have been doing however they more or less had an order to stand there and watch it burn. Perhaps the mayor and police chief should be on trial because their inaction directly led to the shootings.

Forgot to add that I doubt anything serious will happen now because it's too cold for rioting now with nights getting into the 20s. Riots are a warm weather thing.

I wouldn't know, but I think physically attacking someone for a crime against property is usually frowned upon.

I don't think cops can be in all places at once to stop any looting or fires.

Again? No. I never said that. The poster asked about is it permissible to go after someone looting or burning things. I said I didn't think that attacking someone for a crime against property is usually acceptable by law.

I'm not sure how constantly trying to flame me is doing anything to make your point.

How do you think his self defense case falls apart? Even with the evidence the judge dismissed.

By him being there?
By breaking the law?
By escalating with the protestors?
By not calling 911?
By not continuing to run?
By not fighting?
By shooting an unarmed man 4 times, and one shot being in the back?
By not calling 911?
By fleeing the scene, twice?

What's your reasoning?

Police were sitting in their car watching. The Judge is allowing video of the Police thanking Rittenhouse for being there and giving him a bottle of water.

If I watch someone shoot someone else in the head and then run away, I'm not chasing them. I'll get a good description and notify Police.

Many of you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to self-defense. This ISN'T YOUR FAULT. Please DO NOT take it that way. With the MSM translating the law to fit it's agenda and sensationalism, the politicians and Courts changing the laws and their interpretation of the laws to fit their political agenda, it is extremely difficult. To the Liberal Socialists this is a feature not a bug. They want people to be afraid to protect and or defend themselves or others. This makes you reliant on the Police, who they control through the elected politicians and the Police Unions.

I worked armed security for several years. The majority of my training wasn't at the pistol range, it was in the classroom. Every year we had to be re-educated on changes in the Laws and the Court's interpretation of those laws.

As I've posted before, I've been fired from a job, for pulling a weapon on a robber. The store I worked for dropped the charges and he came back six weeks later to rob and rape the girl who replaced me. I've pulled a weapon on a man who robbed one of my co-workers. That time I almost fired it. The reason that I didn't was that he stopped kicking her when I told him to get on the ground. The DA's office said with the video they had, my shooting him would have been justified.

Self-defense does not give you the right to just blast away. Depending on the law, certain conditions have to be met. If the guy who was kicking my co-worker would have stopped and just walked away, there would have been nothing I could have done. I have no obligation to apprehend. As a matter of fact, trying to apprehend, makes me the attacker. It could actually give him justification to kill me in self-defense. It wouldn't have mattered that he had just committed a crime. The only thing that would have mattered is did he feel that his life was threatened by me?

It doesn't matter how Rittenhouse came to be there. It doesn't matter if he processed his weapon legally. In the case of the two that chased him, it doesn't matter that he had just shot the first guy. It just matters that he felt that his life was threatened by them.

If we are to bet, the wager has to be something of interest.

I could not possibly care less about your demeanor to me and how exactly is education relevant here.

We simply disagree, I have seen the video evidence I have seen to make my determination, I assume you have as well.

And the idea that you "won" an argument with CWM is absurd. The PCR tests are prone to false positives, there is no way to have an answer to the actual covid numbers.
