first of all, there's nothing wrong with joining a militia and learning how to, among other things, properly operate and maintain a firearm

Sadly in recent years we've had a lot of this bullheaded double-down stuff, it really took off with the "collusion" stuff though. No amount of rational arguments, objective reality or impassioned pleas would dissuade a number of posters from assuring us that it did in fact occur and that the former President's indictment was always just around the corner.
