Look there is no doubt that Hollywood,politicians, billionaire, MSM and many of the elites are involved with pedophile. Especially after the whole Epstein debacle and them making the war on drugs such a huge issue (where it typically involves two consenting adults) while barely covering or bringing the equal attention to the rampant issue with sex trafficking and pedophilia (where there are ALWAYS REAL victims).

Yes, I could agree..lots of deaths surrounding the Clintons. This however has too many moving parts that would have to align. No, this really was a preventable accident, they unfortunately happen, in any and every trade. There was shooting of actual rounds going on, with this same pistol, during off shoot hours. It would appear live got mixed with dummy rounds. The armourer had reportedly indicated they weren't sure they could handle this position..it appears she was right.

As for Baldwin, if the pistol was loaded with dummies, I cant fault him, he was handed a pistol, that was to appear loaded. I'm not sure how the industry discerns live from dummy..no powder of course, no primer perhaps. Not sure if they do that though, dry firing probably not good for strikers/pins. Maybe they use spent rounds, leaving the struck primer and just crimp a slug on? If thats the case, one would open the loading gate, and rotate the cylinder, to look at the primers.

I'm guessing, going forward, they are going to be doing this stuff digitally more often

That's going to be hard to prove.

To prove malicious intent in a courtroom, you have to show that someone knew which bullets were which (quite difficult if they look alike and were stored together), that they intended to load the live bullet in the proper location, that Baldwin was good enough at the fast-draw to aim accurately (but simultaneously not good enough to know to check his gun before using it), and that Baldwin knew the victim would be in that position at that time.

Good luck. I'll be satisfied if he is charged with involuntary manslaughter and convicted of gross neglect as the producer in charge of the set.

We have to determine, how they discern live from dummy. If Baldwin was handed a revolver that was supposed to appear loaded..it appeared loaded. I'm completely guessing they might use a spent casing, and just crimp a slug on, so the primer remains, but struck. Even that might be sketchy, your armourer better know their stuff. I'm not giving him a complete pass, but we need more info.

You forget, he was a producer. This was his set. He is responsible.

The only legal way out of that is to prove that this was a conspiracy that happened completely behind his back, despite him doing due diligence to keep the set safe. Two previous mistakes does not support that.

I will be happy if this incident starts a movement that forces all actors who handle weapons in their films to get some good education on them. That will also shut most of them up about gun control; kill two birds with one shot (pun intended).
