YOU have already discussed it in other threads.

So why are you pretending that you don't know anything about it?

We call that lying for political purposes.

Thank you!

Happy Holidays!

Forgive me if I'm wrong, I'm not from Arizona nor do I really keep up with the times...but isn't 1487 (SB1487...the one passed back in 2016?) a pretty simple bill that prohibits cities and municipalities from passing laws and ordinances that conflict with state law? What does it have to do with a government official failing to diligently perform their duty?

Not 'diligently'.

It has provisions for the Legislature to officially accuse certain senior state and county officials of committing serious crimes (originally intended for those who ignore state laws) in a letter to the Attorney General, who must investigate and inform the accuser, a judge, and the public of the results of his investigation within 30 days.

In this case, a judge has already agreed to several 30 day extensions, and neither I or the Arizona Senate President are happy about that.

The threat of contempt charges and immediate jailing of Maricopa county election officials is what caused their sudden willingness to comply with the Senate's 6 month old subpoenas a few months ago.

An excellent job of putting together proof of the ongoing Criminal investigation into who did what illegally, involving the 2020 election in Arizona.

Thank-you for those resource links.

Right...I get that...but do we will really think some scribbles on a senate bill will miraculously give our government officials(the investigating AG) an ounce of integrity? I highly doubt this investigation bears fruit in any way whatsoever, but fingers crossed for AZ and the rest of the American people.

I COMPLETLEY understand your skepticism, and share it for exactly the same historical reasons.

As did the legislators that came up with this 1487 experiment.

I'm very hopeful about this new Arizona process, but this is the first real test, so who knows.

The buck is currently in the hands of the attorney general and his brand new election integrity unit.

We shall see.

The investigations and audits across several states have pointed to significant "weaknesses" in procedures and in security.

They are being addressed/fixed across many of those states, and more.

Here's a list of WHAT is being done (thus far) in each state: www.ncsl.org...

Democrats are very angry over these efforts to increase accuracy and security. That in itself is a good sign!

I gave you an actual bona fide theory believed by nutters on this very site. If you don't think it's possible than maybe you'll like this one...The Chinese government gets mountains of pre-printed fake ballots to Arizona where they are used to help the guy who had less yard signs win but unbeknownst to the Chinese the United States military is able to track these ballots from outer space due to bamboo fibers embedded in them.

Whoa Nellie! This is interesting. We could start our movie screenplay in Iran. www.fbi.gov...

THE PLOT THICKENS…..

Wow. This www.fbi.gov... is far more damaging than 700 Americans trespassing in and damaging their own Capitol building!

Are these Iranians members of the "Voting Election Fraud Organization" candidate Biden bragged about in October 2020?

Is there an ATS thread on this confirmed 2020 Election Interference yet? Hope so!

I believe these are the Fountain Hills folks that got raided on election day, with an unknown 'large quantity' of preprinted fake ballots ready for delivery to drop boxes and boxes full of printed voter registration files that they had illegally been downloading for several months, then were quickly released and the story buried.

Followed by nearly a year of democrats and msm mocking this 'conspiracy theory' from 'nutters'.

We discussed what little was publicly known on this in boadicea's massive Maricopa Audit thread at the time.

The fbi charges and reward likely resulted from the Maricopa audit report sent to our Arizona Attorney General.

Too bad they already fled to Iran.

FACTS are a beautiful thing.

Democrats control every part of our federal government except SCOTUS, and they've been playing an effective game of keep away against them.

We need 61 & 218 in 22 if we are to ever have any hope of getting the truth to the public, and see that those responsible are removed from their government jobs imo.

Right now, at least biden's FBI is admitting that there was significant effort to cheat in the 2020 election, significant enough for their most wanted list and 10 million dollar rewards.

So there are at least a few honorable folks left at the FBI.

It's a start.

Hopefully Arizona's Attorney General is honorable enough to honestly complete his legally required task.

That's when the fun really starts.

Beginning with 2020 decertification by the Arizona Senate.

Why wouldn't the signatures be valid if they mailed them to valid voters?
No, this is just another lets get angry about dumb things thing.
No one really thinks that any nursing home voting changed the outcome of the election. It couldn't.

Nobody said the nursing home votes were likely to flip an election, just an obvious example of the by any means necessary election fraud that you claim didn't happen.

Do you really not understand the concept of someone else mailing in ballots for people that don't live at that address anymore?

Or know that signature verification is required by law in Arizona?

So why did so many ballots get counted with no signature at all?

Why did Maricopa decide to not verify signatures as required by law?

Was it because so many signatures were impossible to verify this year?

That's what they actually said, in slightly different words of course.

Is that because so many ballots were suddenly fake this year?

Good thing we had an Audit to find out.
