Headline: "Wisconsin May Surpass Arizona to be the First State to Decertify the 2020 Election Win for Joe Biden"

The Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) knowingly and intentionally violated the State’s election laws and instructed subordinate election officials to do the same, according to the Racine County Sheriff, Christopher Schmaling.

In a shocking press conference on Thursday, law enforcement officials from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office laid out their case of election fraud in Racine during the 2020 election.

The investigation focused on abuse of voters confined to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Investigators discovered that Wisconsin Election Officials expressly discussed that their proposed conduct for the 2020 election would violate state law, and yet they decided to do it anyway.

They memorialized their decision in a letter they wrote and disseminated to every single county clerk’s office in Wisconsin.

Sheriff Schamling stated that officials indicated that they “needed the flexibility to violate the law,” and that they needed to “instruct county clerks to break the law.”

Despite the blatant absurdity of the statements, the express illegality of their activities, and the fact that they were all being recorded on their Zoom meeting, election officials went ahead and violated the law anyway.

but here is the elephants in the room that must be answered.

1 are they gonna do a TIMELY (aka not taking until 2030 election) HONEST investigation.
2. If they find some illegal activity WILL THEY CHARGE PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS CRIMES.
3. Will they try to convict with JUSTIFIED SENTENCES or just allow some "sacrificial lamb low to mid level drone" to take the fall and/or give whoever a "plea bargain on a lesser charge (usually just one or two out of 10 or more)" with a typical JOKE of a sentence.
and the biggie

IF (AGAIN BIG IF ) they find that the votes supported trump WILL THEY FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION.
that being a PRESIDENT WAS PUT INTO OFFICE DUE TO VOTER FRAUD and MUST BY LAW BE REMOVED.

i know this would be a RARE situation and what some would call a "constitutional crisis".
but as i read the constitution if the president is not elected constitutionally, then they MUST BE REMOVED.

my fear is
a. the "investigation" will be dragged on and have really no interest in the truth.
much less punishing anyone for breaking the law.

b. if they do publish THE TRUTH and it does show biden is not a constitutionally elected president they WONT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT.

Whatever needs to be done to CHANGE THE SYSTEM to make it more secure (aka "tamper proof") needs to be completed by next Summer. That's when the entire apparatus must be "activated" in preparation for the November 2022 mid-term elections. That applies to every state that wants to effect changes.

Any criminal investigations can continue well past Summer 2022 if need be.

Regarding Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich's criminal investigation into the significant "discrepancies" uncovered in ballots cast during the November 2020 Presidential election...

Republican representative from Arizona, Andy Biggs, revealed that the state’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich is continually investigating criminal activity into the 2020 presidential election, to determine who can be arrested.

“Right now, all the audit material sits in the hands of the state Attorney General,” Biggs said. “He’s looking to see if there is criminal conduct and who he can arrest and bring criminal charges against. That’s the status of where we are in Arizona.”

Rep. Biggs revealed insight about the ongoing election investigation while speaking at America Fest, a conservative conference, on Monday.

The investigation into voter fraud in Arizona comes after the forensic audit in the state revealed explosive voter discrepancies in Maricopa County. Discrepancies include duplicate ballots, out-of-state ballots, and evidence of documents that were purged a day before the audit began.

I believe this is going to turn out that they simply mailed ballots to registered voters. If the same person lived on their own or with extended family they would not require any kind of official to over see their vote.
The residents of a nursing home are not all mentally impaired.
Grown ups can make these kinds of decisions even if they are sick.

Unless signatures are hand validated (and they were not) you have no idea who filled out those ballots. Thats the crux of the biscuit.

Instead of mocking those that are concerned for their country by saying there is no chance the election was rigged, lets look simply at the POSSIBILITY by looking at the methodogies to stealing an election. Lets have a dialog about if it could be done, and how to go about it.

Mass mail out of ballots is the easiest way, would it not be? Signature verification becomes impossible.

The main thing to focus on now, while the crooks are being identified in the background, is correcting the weaknesses that allowed tens of thousands of illegal ballots to get counted in Arizona, and many other states.

Arizona is just one state that is aiming to minimize these "mistakes" from occurring during the upcoming November mid-term elections.

In Wisconsin, they've discovered folks that haven't been able to communicate for years, with no living relatives, that all managed to vote for biden from their nursing homes.
