1487 is a direct accusation of serious crimes having been committed by senior state officials.

The Arizona Senate filed a 1487 accusation, and the Attorney General accepted it.

These documents were posted as part of the evidence gathered in that 1487 CRIMINAL case.

A case that continues to this day, as evidenced by the previously linked evidence preservation order.



Maybe you should read my posts from that day and compare to what is now publicly known.

Look closer at the documents.

The Arizona Senate President specifically says that some of the evidence was withheld from the publicly available information, at the request of the Attorney General.

The Attorney General then officially acknowledges receipt of both the public, and non public evidence in this 1487 CRIMINAL case.

Was a minor scandal here and covered a little in local press.

Arizona's 1487 law was specifically intended to prevent exactly what you describe from ever repeating here.

This is the first real test of that, and I think it's also the first and still only law of its type in the country.

I am still hopeful that the law works as intended, but
that gets more difficult with every passing week.
