Trigger warning... my useless trivia here... My first husband once told me that the world would end when the moon was seen like this. He died long ago but I've always thought about this when seeing a thin sliver of it and wondering how it could be seen in this truly horizontal way. Didn't know it was actually a thing. He was a curious character, the one and only person who referred to life as "your movie" until the whole q thing came to be. He would have enjoyed this movie immensely.

You do realize that positing that it is part of a war contradicts the attempt to play it off as a throw away line?

That is not to say that the control of information isn't a big part of the control of the worlds population, because it is, but at the end of the day it is just a cheesy meme (pun totally intended). In a way many of the memes put out there are also just throw away lines.

I guess my point, ultimately, is that all the digging, memeing and prying isn't doing much, other than creating a group who thinks they are a part of that info war.

I agree JOM. I suppose I am leery of all of the 1% but I admit I do like a lot of his ideas. With that said, I also saw where Tesla gets gov. money and a lot of it. If it IS, then that raises some symbolism to consider:

a) The red/yellow leaves symbolise GOLD but they drop away to leave only the SILVER barked trunk?
