Hoping it's not so but it IS a possibility.

That has been my concern also.

Especially if it takes the form of a false flag blaming the right, anons, patriots, anti-maskers, etc.

As many have said, I believe Kamala was the candidate, all along. Biden is not much use to anyone except as a front guy.

Their plan was most likely to get Biden out at some point and have K take over.

A false flag kills two birds with one stone. It gets B out without the embarrassment of them admitting his incompetency, thereby getting people to rally around Kamala, and it labels their opposition as terrorists so they can actively hunt them.

I liked that "Cities of the Underworld" series when it first came out. Vaguely remember that episode from about 10 years ago. Reminds me of other docu's on the speakeasy's, bootlegging, mob bosses, human trafficking, to the underground rave sex clubs & libertine clubs of the 90s in NYC.

With the way these evil globalists work, will be another biohazzard by 2025 to focus on for the depopulation agenda.

I came across that back here. All toward their Agenda 2030 17 goals and broken down into 169 targets.

The Economist estimated that alleviating poverty and achieving the other sustainable development goals will require about US$2–3 trillion per year for the next 15 years which they called "pure fantasy". Estimates for providing clean water and sanitation for the whole population of all continents have been as high as US$200 billion. The World Bank says that estimates need to be made country by country, and reevaluated frequently over time.

Interesting the Economist was calling it "pure fantasy" so there must be some elite cabal members not going along with the plan. But, they said that back in 2015 and after the drastic measures rolled out in 2020 and still continuing today they may all now be going along with the devious plan.

The Rockefeller Foundation asserts:

Large-scale funders participating in a Rockefeller Foundation-hosted design thinking workshop concluded that "while there is a moral imperative to achieve the SDGs, failure is inevitable if there aren't drastic changes to how we go about financing large scale change".

Given what we've seen the past year I think their playbook may be taken from Nicolo Machiavelli's "The Prince" which he says in so many words you must hit the population fast & hard (shock 'n awe doctrine) and eventually, incrementally will ease off but never fully, ever; and will over time feel like 'normal' since our physical & mental states will be too exhausted to fight or even refuse the new normal. Resistance will be futile for the mass majority. We can't go back to the 'old ways' because they have been erased, deleted, not permitted in the new social construct.

I'm sure of the context, but note the words "Financial Instrument" which is newspeak for monetized debt, or basically compound interest loans rooted in fakedemic - more or less.

It is possible they're are simply referring to the debt issued related to various efforts. Sort of like issuing 100m spread out over 5 years to X, Y and Z.

Or, they're scum.

The two are not mutually exclusive btw.

Did you have a link? I went and looked and got a page with the end date listed as n/a and the start date as just 2020, no month. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot.

What I find odd is that giving an approval date here of April 2 2020 and a budget of 4000.00 million US$, all at the onset without even knowing how serious it was or wasn't. Money like that cannot be shifted without much discussion at board meetings, approval, etc. It seems to quick or perhaps preplanned. Bankrupt countries will come running to be saved... at a price.

Thinking back on that story about how the NG Commander was told he couldn't send in a QRF (quick reaction force) to the Capitol, made me think of a thread someone posted a few days ago.

It occurs to me that it was more than just Nancy Pelosi and the Sergeant at Arms involved in the plot. It was also the SecDef, Christopher Miller. He was the one that issued the bizarre order.

Anyways, let's have another look at Granite Shadow and the Continuity of Government devolution plan.

These Above Top Secret "continuity of government" plans for "devolving" leadership to second-tier officials in remote and quarantined locations.

My opinion is that something is going to happen to the WhiteHouse. Whether it be a FF or something done by the good guys to counter a FF.

The more I hear about what went on below it and the weird videos of things coming and going from inside I believe it has been emptied of anything of value and will be demolished.

Yep I checked on earth.tv flag pole is there but no flag.
