Trump will reportedly slam President Biden during upcoming CPAC speech

Former President Trump will slam President Biden on various issues such as immigration and China during his upcoming speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Fox News reported, citing "sources familiar with the speech."

The outlet said that the former president is not expected to officially throw his hat in the ring for a 2024 presidential run, noting that sources said Trump would be between "warming up to the idea of a 2024 run, and walking right up to the line of announcing another campaign.

Unnamed sources - so could just be someone trying to stir the pot!

But I would be doing everyone a continued disservice if I ignored sharing this will you all.

My teacher Dawn, said that "Leaders need to respond to individuals based on their needs rather than their faults. Good leaders do this well. They don't lead out of a predetermined package of behaviors, but size up every situation and discern what must happen to reach the desired goal; similar to a Quarterback reading the defense before the snap, then calls an audible from the line of scrimmage. Good leaders remain flexible and may change their response, based not on what a person deserves, but on what need to succeed.

1. They Need: They aren't afraid to admit they need to listen and get understanding.
2. They Read: They evaluate what has happened and what steps are best to take.
3. They Feed: They communicate what they have observed to key players.
4. They Heed: They act on the basis of their discovery, even if it means change.
5. They Lead: They provide direction to those involved.

Another thing I thought could be helpful to others is from John Maxwell's book "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. The aptly title chapter I will refer to here is called The Law of the Picture: The Leader Causes People to Thrive or Groan. To sum it up, in short, is that people often reflect their leadership. One cannot expect a follower to grow beyond their leaders. Just as one cannot expect the followers to turn out functionally different from their leader. People feel attracted to leaders like them, they also reflect those who lead them. Examples are as followed:

1. Attitudes- When good leaders rule, people rejoice, when wicked reigns, people groan.
2. Stability- When moral leaders rule, they establish justice; where compromising leaders tear things down.
3. Compassion- Good leaders express concern for the poor, bad leaders reflect no compassion for anyone.
4. Honesty- When leaders pay attention to lies, their staff begins to esteem the same deceptions.
5. Vision- Solid vision keeps everyone on track, chaos reigns whenever the vision lapses.

I will leave you with this Quote from Ben Horowitz:

Interesting stuff BG, I'd add this to both your post and Rel's follow up.

Leadership presumes the team is going in the same direction,,, OR, the leader desires a specific goal and team members agree. In the case of your preamble, the leadership is vastly different here in this process. In this process it is really a mirror of the traditional top down process, but is instead is bottom up.

Each of us will have our on POV, it is both by design and how it should be. A true leader not only know this, but has a sense of the POV of others and works TO THEM not the other way around. So the leader will work to expand the awareness of each, through a process that serves all involved, while doing nothing to take away from that expanding POV.

This means that often the topics are not always as they seem, as the goal is to awaken, expand, have compassion for and grow oneself as well.

To Rel's point, a true leader never over stays their welcome, and leaves with grace when they have reached their natural conclusion.

Leading is about assisting others in finding their POV, path, Inner Truth, not about imposition of an ideology or other. Flexibility is a must when taking on that roll. In the end we work to convince others they can lead themselves without restricting the path of anyone else. At least, that's where we are headed.

If you ignore doctors offices and grocery stores, here in Florida about 50% "compliance" rate with mask wearing.

2) The combined set is sorted in date order and have the same decodes applied. This makes it easier to pick up when either of Dan's accounts tweets with a MARKER delta to POTUS tweets or KU Posts.

DOW futures are up. Yesterday was strong.

Someone from Aston University (UK) flagged up to me yesterday that it is twinned with WUHAN University!

Some of Aston University's specialisms include "Subjects Allied to Medicine (Optometry, Biology, Pharmacy and Psychology)".

I did a search and found this article about a consortium called HALT. Members include both Aston and Wuhan Universities!

You may be correct. The "Trump" in that image seems to be illuminated differently than the dude in red. Something off about that photo.
