The judge ordered the parties to appear at the Fulton County ballot storage location at 10 AM on May 28th, which is the Friday before the Memorial Day Weekend.
On Wednesday attorneys for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections filed a last-minute request to ask the court to dismiss the entire case before the actual forensic audit begins.
And now this…
Georgia Judge Brian Amero announced Thursday that the Friday meeting will no longer take place due to the motions filed by Fulton County officials to suspend the forensic analysis.
Amero said the motions must be heard before the plaintiffs can gain access to the absentee ballots. He proposed a June 21 hearing, but the order scheduling the hearing hasn’t yet been filed.
The silver lining is that we now have more time to perfect the changes we had to make in our inspection plan,” Garland Favorito, the lead petitioner, told The Epoch Times via email.
Councilman Walter Griffith proposed the DA election investigation request, citing an on-screen ballot mislabeling error and other problems that caused many voters to be “disenfranchised and concerned about the integrity of the election process.”
It was unanimously approved by all 10 council members present, with Linda McClosky Houck absent.
County DA Sam Sanguedolce was not in attendance but said Tuesday night his office will investigate any allegations of potential criminal conduct relating to the May primary.
He said his predecessor, Stefanie Salavantis, created an Election Fraud Task Force that remains intact and will review anything forwarded to the office.
“Without integrity in our elections, the public cannot trust the remainder of our democratic process,” Sanguedolce said.
Council Chairman Tim McGinley also announced he will be scheduling a discussion about the Dominion contract and possible options related to the company at council’s next work session June 8.
Councilman Matthew Vough said he believes council must look at getting rid of Dominion due to its performance in the primary.
Several other council members agreed with his assessment.
Their statement on Wednesday confirms that they hired two top defense attorneys from Georgia to represent them.
The two attorneys Donald Samuel and Amanda Palmer work for Garland, Samuel and Loeb law firm in Atlanta.
Donald F. Samuel, a renowned criminal defense attorney, is a partner with the Garland, Samuel & Loeb, P.C., law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. A recognized leader in criminal law, Mr. Samuel has published numerous works related to his practice, including the Georgia Criminal Law Case Finder and the Eleventh Circuit Criminal Handbook.
Amanda Clark Palmer, is also one of the top-rated Criminal Defense attorneys in Atlanta, GA. She has met the stringent Super Lawyers selection criteria.

Giving credit where credit is due, Trump has a good point:
Pres ident Trump: “What Happens when People Find Out All These States Are Gonna Flip, Does That Mean You Go 3.5 Years With Someone Destroying Our Country?”
I honestly don't see a legal means for removing Biden and returning Trump, but someone may come up with one.
Simply put, Nick Moseder summarized the smoking-gun discovery as follows:
“Someone went in, reopened the election, and then closed it and back-dated it. What this proves—in theory—is ballot stuffing. Meaning, they can run through ballots after the election, close it down, and backdate it.”
According to Todd and the others on the live video, it seems feasible that Harri Hursti and the other auditors are covering up for whoever tampered with the machines by setting the machines back to Nov. 3 and clearing memory cards. It also raises additional questions about Jeff Silvestro’s role in New England’s elections.
Someone told me that this is the plan:
Trump runs for Congress in Florida in 2022, wins, and takes Nancy's place as Speaker. That puts him third in line for President. The election fraud, after being fully verified, confirmed, and proven to have been massive in scale, is revealed and Biden and Harris will be removed from office. Trump will serve out their terms and be eligible for re-election in 2024. Another Republican will take the place of speaker and maybe Trump will actually be able to get this country back on track.
