The above is not new information, but it takes on new implications in context of the passwords, and the various claims of who has/had the passwords, and who provided the passwords for the earlier audits. There are various claims, from the county having the passwords and providing them to the auditors, Dominion having the passwords and providing to the county and/or the auditors, and Dominion having the passwords and entering the passwords themselves for the auditors to access the data.

Several claims, not all can be true.

My pit-in-the-middle-of-my-tummy fear is that he vetoed ALL in order to veto election reform without singling out election reform:

John Kavanagh (R-LD23) to put forth an amended bill this week containing several provisions she said address “election reform, election integrity, and election security.” However, the House recessed Wednesday without voting on the bill despite the Republican caucus promising all session to push election-related legislation. “I will not vote for the #AZBudget unless it has significant election SECURITY measures in it,” Townsend’s tweet reads. “This is absolute and I am immovable. I cannot, in good conscience, support any money issues without reforms that restore confidence in our elections.” Two such election-related bills are on Ducey’s veto list, including HB2792 which would prohibit county recorders or election officials from sending early ballots to voters who did not request them. The other bill would have only allowed persons registered to vote in Arizona to represent a political party at a polling place.

Not even Dems are happy about this mass veto by the Guv:

SB1526 passed the House and Senate with bi-partisan support and was transmitted to Ducey’s office May 24. Sen. Tony Navarette (D-LD30) expressed his dismay with the veto action, calling it “a public temper tantrum” by the governor.

I wish it were just a tantrum.

One of the other bills would have prohibited funding and teaching Critical Race Theory in schools, etc.

According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court: Beauchene admitted that on Sept. 28, Oct. 1, and Oct. 2, 2020, he discarded into dumpsters in North Arlington, New Jersey, and West Orange 1,875 pieces of mail that he was assigned to deliver to postal customers in West Orange and Orange, New Jersey. This mail included 627 pieces of first-class mail, 873 pieces of standard class mail, two pieces of certified mail, 99 general election ballots destined for residents in West Orange, and 276 campaign flyers from local candidates for West Orange Town Council and Board of Education. Law enforcement recovered the mail on Oct. 2, 2020, and Oct. 5, 2020, and placed it back into the mail stream for delivery.

So just to be clear, these were mail-in ballots on their way to voters; not completed ballots voters were returning. And (presumably) the voters eventually received their ballots.

This is literally all I can find about it right now. Every source reporting it is referencing back to this tweet. I tend to believe it because if it were NOT true, then it would be all over Big Media.

All of these kind of build on previous reports for a bigger picture... some with more speculation and conjecture than I like. It's easy enough to describe reasonable suspicions and concerns without accusing anyone of anything specific. But that's what we've got. I think they are worth the read for the facts provided, and taking the rest with a grain of salt.

(Just to be clear, in the USAF, when working on a plane, the engineer would write up the fault, and we would troubleshoot and repair the fault. Acronyms sometimes get in the way. When working on the IFF -Identify Friend or Foe, the engineer wrote up the system for not working in the "Official mode", or the OFF position.)

Yes, it certainly is. Lack of evidence makes it difficult (if not impossible) to prove criminal charges, eh?

Not to say anything was taken, including evidence of anything. But we don't know. Even Newsmax isn't reporting anything further than what the reporter tweeted.

On Saturday night, the Arizona Audit War Room Twitter page tweeted out that America’s Audit had reached a HUGE MILESTONE!

This comes just 2 days after Audit Director Ken Bennett told us they were over 800,000 ballots completed. As you can see, the pace is increasing as they trained over 300 new volunteers last week and even more this week, “but the speed is not our goal, accuracy is our number one goal.”.

So about 100,000 per day with 1.1 million remaining would be about 11 days?

What were they trying to accomplish? Why did they not eliminate the problem entirely and go with manila envelopes?

That person was Jeff Silvestro, President of LHS Associates. (AKA Dominion.) The transcription refers to him as Jeff Silvestro of AHI Associates. (AHI is not a keystroke combination indicative of a typo. Not even close.) His participation in the meeting though seemingly covert was instrumental toward the production and decision-making concerns of the ballots used in the 2020 General Election.

The Legislature has been holding hearings into the outside group for months. Vos’ decision this week expands that investigation.

“We want to make sure we have a continuing fact-basis,” Vos said. “We have gotten great reports from people all around the state, and I want those to keep pouring-in. We need more and more folks to sign affidavits, to work with these investigators, to say ‘I was in X-municipality, and this is what I personally witnessed.’”

The quoted portion is a report from Emerald Robinson a reporter for Newsmax , you know the Right wing Trump supporting purveyor of Fake Newz ... I'm sure her claim is beyond reproach to you and those like you.
