How do you know how those tapes are managed on election day?

In any case, if someone(s) would go so far to hire an auditor that will make everything appear squeaky clean, although there was a "perfect storm of discrepancies", nothing would surprise me at this point.

Simply put, Nick Moseder summarized the smoking-gun discovery as follows:

“Someone went in, reopened the election, and then closed it and back-dated it. What this proves—in theory—is ballot stuffing. Meaning, they can run through ballots after the election, close it down, and backdate it.”

According to Todd and the others on the live video, it seems feasible that Harri Hursti and the other auditors are covering up for whoever tampered with the machines by setting the machines back to Nov. 3 and clearing memory cards. It also raises additional questions about Jeff Silvestro’s role in New England’s elections.

the plot thickens..

That's ridiculous.

The summary tapes are run by the judge at each polling place as soon as the polls are shut down. They're printed in triplicate.

Those tapes go to the state, the county, and to the judge.

If someone did that, all you have to do is look at the judge's election night printouts and it would immediately show fraud, even if someone managed to replace state and county.

Ridiculous scenario.

"whewww wonder who can prove all that 👆"

Giving credit where credit is due, Trump has a good point:

Pres ident Trump: “What Happens when People Find Out All These States Are Gonna Flip, Does That Mean You Go 3.5 Years With Someone Destroying Our Country?”

I honestly don't see a legal means for removing Biden and returning Trump, but someone may come up with one.

However, at the absolute very least, the 2022 midterms will be absolutely BRUTAL to any incumbent that blew off the election fraud claims. Even if it's found that it wasn't intentional wrongdoing, but simple human error or malfunctioning machines. No matter what the cause, the end result is the same: The election was not fair and honest.

Not to mention, no honest person will appreciate being called a liar or butthurt Trump supporter, and, ultimately, told to JSTFU by their elected officials.

I'm amazed so many apples are falling from the trees right now. The trees have been beaten and shaken in these swing states ever since mid November. (audits, recounts, testimonies, hearings, etc.)

What’s Happening In Arizona Is Not Really An Audit Or A Recount. It’s A Partisan Inquisition.

The day after the November 2020 election, the chairs of the Republican, Democratic, and Libertarian parties of Maricopa County, Arizona, initiated a routine but important process to safeguard our democracy: a post-election audit.

Per state law, after almost every countywide election in Arizona, a multiparty audit board must conduct a hand count of ballots from a sample of randomly selected voting precincts and compare them with the results from voting machines. The hand counts in Arizona’s most populous county, home to Phoenix, started the Saturday after the election and wrapped up two days later. Not a single discrepancy was found.

Six-plus months later, Maricopa County’s ballots are still being counted — but by another group entirely.

“This is not motivated by any kind of serious worry that something went wrong,” said Michael Kang, a law professor at Northwestern University and an expert in election law. “It seems to be prompted by political motivations because the earlier counts and checks didn’t produce the outcome that the legislators wanted.”

The earlier counts and checks lasted 3 days and hardly looked into anything. It was also carried out by two companies that also certify these machines, so there's a blantant conflict of interest.

Although there was this one super quick, "nothing to see here audit" carried out by two firms, the media loves to repeatedly tell us that Maricopa county has already had two audits.

Full forensic audits are the only way to route out and expose organized election fraud or uncover bad practices, and this is the first time in history that a full comprehensive forensic audit is being carried out. It no surprise that the compromised media wants everyone to just trust the system and officials with no REAL checks or balances.

I still think that the Rome satellite hacking data is legit, and is the same data that Mike Lindell has in raw encrypted form and with the decryption key. Once this data is proven true in a few states, it will be undeniable. Basically what happened is, after all the Zuckerberg money, kicking observers out of election centers, adjudicating ballots without observers, ballot harvesting and or stuffing, and a number of other tactics, Biden still didn't have enough votes to beat Trump, so a military grade satellite owned by a leading defense contractor was used to steal votes from registered voters who hadn't voted in the last few elections. They stole votes in every state, and they stole votes algorithmically across age groups, as shown in "Absolute Interference".

Hmmmm... this is typical of the half-truths, hyperbole and propaganda that poses as journalism these days, and is frustrating as hell. Let's start with the title.

What’s Happening In Arizona Is Not Really An Audit Or A Recount. It’s A Partisan Inquisition.

It would not surprise me if this guy has some newfangled dictionary with a newfangled definition of "audit", but here's how the Oxford Dictionary defines audit:

Noun
an official inspection of an individual's or organization's accounts, typically by an independent body.

Verb
conduct an official financial examination of (an individual's or organization's accounts).
"companies must have their accounts audited"

So according to Oxford, yes, this is an audit, with the rules and criteria and parameters established by the Senate, in accordance with their Constitutional responsibility and duty for establishing election laws, rules, regulations, procedures, policies and standards.

I agree that it is not simply another recount. The actual ballots are being inspected, counted and tallied.

And partisan inquisition? Really? LOL!!! The ranks of the AZ GOP have taken sides and gone to war with each other. Nothing "partisan" about that!

Regarding the bulk of the article, for all his talk about laws and practices and certified auditors and so on and so forth, he fails to mention the ultimate legal authority and power over elections, which belongs to the Senate and the Senate alone. The Senate can do whatever they like with the full backing of the Constitution.

It's kinda cute how he mentions that the Senators were elected in the same election, by the entire state, but fails to mention that the Supervisors were also elected in the same election, but ONLY in the county under suspicion.

It's equally disingenuous for him to suggest that there are no known problems. That's an outright lie. I know you don't want to hear it, but we both know that election laws were knowingly and deliberately violated in direct defiance of a court order. We also know this means that people were denied/refused their vote, and it was given to someone else to decide. We also know that whether thru human error or malice, adjudicated ballots have the potential for mis-allocated votes. This is not in doubt. It is fact. And that's just one of many reported problems and issues, which was not addressed by either previous recount.

Finally -- we will obviously have to agree to disagree -- but in my world and in most people's worlds, it's darkness that creates doubts, fears and distrust. Not the beautiful glorious sunlight.

ETA: Thank you for posting the link! Usually I post a "thank you" first, and then read the article (if I haven't read it already). This time I went straight to the article and then got right into the content. My bad -- sorry!!!

A partisan inquisition huh?

Would it still be considered a partisan inquisition if dems weren't doing everything possible to block the sunlight?

Nice try but fail😃

All that did was "audit" the fraudulent material along with the genuine material😃

It's an old trick that unfortunately, usually works😃

Most importantly for the short term, Democrats, including Joe Biden, will have their power removed. In the months and years leading up to the next election(s), they will be viewed by the majority of Americans as traitors to our nation and citizens. S-C-U-M.

Maybe the problem is you are not going to change anyone's mind. If fraud is found some will say the audit created it if none is found some will say the audit just couldn't catch it. You cant change a single person's mind they have a belief. As far as Trump being put into office cant happen that ship has sailed. Even if you could 100 percent prove fraud occurred Biden is still president and would have to be impeached from office. Unlikely in democrat control.

This is why it's a waste of time nothing can come of it. All it does is further sew the seeds of doubt in those that distrust the system. And the only outcome I see possible is violence as people become convinced that there is a cover-up etc. Placating unstable people is not a good idea because it gives them a false sense of righteousness. And they will take that to mean they have to do something

If they find these machines can are were buggered with either in the software, or via multi-counting ballots etc., then it would be the opposite of a waste of time and lots of good can come of fixing those sorts of weaknesses.

You assume I don’t research an author because they might lean a direction other than Right?

She has quite an investigative background.

At least you admit your sides opinions don’t mean anything.

And they are just opinions — as of yet — we do not have facts.

It's that kind of thinking, the kind that justifies wrong doing and bad behavior for the "greater good" or for public perception, that is the reason we have been fighting unconstitutional wars for over two decades, with countries that had nothing to do with 9/11, and why this government is over $28 trillion in debt.

I try to avoid posting pure "Opinion Pieces" in fact-gathering threads like this one. But if it floats your boat, that's fine. I was just pointing out Kaleigh's history for those who were unaware.

I truly believe your words underestimate the power of truth (and the true will of the people). It has its own dynamics and its own momentum and its own trajectory so to speak. And once it rears its beautiful head, there is no stopping it.

However, I don't disagree that there will always be people who cannot handle the truth (for many reasons, usually pertaining to their own ego), and will refuse to believe what is right before their eyes.

However, that is no reason to avoid the truth or hide the truth or deny the truth. Exactly the opposite. It is all the more reason to do everything within our power and ability to find the truth, to know the truth, and to spread the truth.

Threats of violence is no reason to avoid the truth or hide the truth or deny the truth. Those who choose violence are already violent. The truth does not make them violent. There will always be violent people, and we need to deal with them -- not placate them with lies and half-truths and mis-truths.

If our elections have been hijacked for this election, and we do nothing to stop it or change it, then we have no hope at all. FOREVER. We've made a damn good start. I'm happy to see where it goes.

Unfortunately, given the craptastic slop we call "journalism" these days, I'm not surprised... and can't really blame some folks. It's damn hard to find anything except partisan echo chamber crap these days. And that includes the right-wing echo chambers. I have no doubt that Pubs are just as guilty as Dems, and if the whole truth comes out, everyone will know that. So to some extent, everyone is right and wrong.

All the more reason for the audits and its results. Examine it all, test it all, record it all, and we'll see what we've got.

Bring the sunshine!!!!!!

Amen!
