No, because if you look carefully she wasn't being charged for the 2020 election, on Nov 7th even Texas was still counting votes. Doesn't count for your great 2020 was stolen narrative. Sorry....

To the person that says it hurts, no I know there have been arrests and charges in Texas, all of them were people voting for the Orange Idiot too.. I mentioned it a few pages back (well like 100 pages back now.. )

Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a release, “I strongly commend the Limestone County District Attorney’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and Elections Office, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General for their outstanding work on this case and their commitment to ensuring a free and fair Presidential election in the face of unprecedented voter fraud.”

Lol
Hey bozo, what other presidential election was there in 2020?
Shouldn't wear your ass for a hat.

Ahem...I trust a judge and their educated decisions far more than some sycophant on ATS.

Ahem... I trust my own capacity for rational independent thought enough to recognize pure unadulterated BULLSNIP when I see it.

What happened? You forget to take your horse de-wormer today?

Said the clueless sycophant on ATS without any capacity for rational independent thought whatsoever.

Wow, now we can't help the little old lady in a nursing home who can't hold a pencil have someone help them, that's sad.

hey did was a blatant violation of State Law.

Don't like it? Change the law.

Oh, sorry, forgot that radical leftnuts don't care about the law unless it doesn't support their radical agenda.

Carry on...

For a while we were dealing with a lot of people, mainly in the Republican bastions, that were saying that the Government was illegitimate, only Sheriff's could do law enforcement, that we were "revenue collectors not LEOS", and the list goes on.

a) Most Government is illegitimate, b) Sheriffs are the highest law enforcement officer in the County, c) Sheriffs have the power to kick fedgoon pretend law enforcers out of their County unless they are doing law enforcement work for which they have a Constitutionally delegated power to enforce, d) most cops engage in a whole lot of purely 'revenue generating' schemes, and the list goes on.

They to this day believe that they can "travel" in a "conveyance" down a highway and not get busted because they aren't engaged in commerce.

I actually researched this a long time ago.

Ever looked up the actual legal definitions of 'driver', 'passenger' and 'transport'? I did. Very illuminating - oh, sorry, doing something like that actually requires one to be capable of rational independent thought.

And they keep up the posts and the websites and the videos all telling others how they can do this and not get busted.

No one should be telling anyone else what they should be doing.

The point is, that just because you keep saying it over and over, it still will never be true, Trump lost, Biden won,
To quote what you just said in that very sentence:

"Just because you keep saying it over and over, it still will never be true."

I don't know how the ballots were in Arizona, but if I remember right here in Oregon the ballots did not get forwarded. They only had return service.

Arizona is the same -- ballots cannot be forwarded. I know the law/procedure was recently changed and tightened up (since the 2020 election), and there were very specific circumstances for obtaining a mail-in ballot after changing address, but the vast majority of the ballots in question did not fit those circumstances. The ballots should be flagged at the Post Office before being delivered and returned to the County Recorder's office (if I'm remembering correctly).

That means if you had an insider operating the mail sorting machine that processes the ballots as they come in, the ballots that had COA's would still get flagged for the operator to remove from the mail stream and send over to be processed to be returned.

If the insider snatched those ballots instead, nobody would know they did it.

Positioning them self on the machine is easier than you might think, if your insider has some seniority. Whenever a job becomes vacant it goes "up for bid", which means they post it and let anyone who wants it put their name up. Whichever person has the highest seniority automatically wins. I don't think the mail sorting machines are considered fun jobs for high seniority clerks, so not in high demand.

Not especially reassuring, but good to know and keep in mind. This would explain how/why the canvassers found mail-in ballots voted from impossible places, such as vacant lots where a ballot could not even be delivered, but also businesses and commercial mailboxes where ballots should not be delivered.

I can't rule out the printer being crooked either, and simply printing ballots on demand for undeliverable addresses, to be filled out by "adjudicators". We already know that the ballots were not printed on the correct paper -- the specific paper type and quality mandated by law. And at least one election workers testified that new ballots continued to come to the counting center for several days after the election. Apparently, ALL ballots went through the printer before being sent to the counting centers.

This one concerns me because another way to steal votes would be to create early ballots for people who did not request them, and vote with them.

Then send them a non early ballot and let them vote. Or rather "vote", since only one ballot from each voter gets counted, right?

This would explain why so many people came to vote in person on election day, and were told they had already voted. It would also explain the hack into the voter database which began a couple weeks before election day and continued up to election day, as it would also presumably tell who had and had requested a mail-in ballot, and/or who had or had not already voted.

I feel like I should add that, with the early voter thing, of more envelopes coming back than were sent...

If the necessary data were provided to a third party, a third party could print the early voter ballots. So we're talking about a single compromised employee at the voting office getting out of the building with a memory stick.

It is known that such devices were removed each night from the counting center (to an unknown location by an unknown person). Those devices are among the subpoenaed materials that the County did not turn over.

And, again, if the printer (Runbeck) is part of the fraud, then it would be easy enough for such ballots to be printed on demand so to speak.

Again and again, known issues cannot be nailed down because the relevant (subpoenaed) election materials were not provided by the County.

Thanks for posting the link -- very very similar to what has been charged by the Racine Sheriff.

“Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice,” he concluded.

Some of the individuals involved, according to the OAG, are declared “totally mentally incapacitated” which disqualifies them from registering to vote.

Just like in Wisconsin, people who did not have the mental capacity to even request a ballot, much less know the candidates or understand the issues they were "voting" on. Many were declared legally incompetent, and therefore could not legally vote -- whether they wanted to or not.

I intended to post this audio clip yesterday, but got distracted, then my day got a little crazy, and I never got it done -- shame on me!

Karen Fann on the conclusion of the AZ Election Audit and what the whole story really is.

This is well worth a listen. It's a radio interview of Fann (AZ Senate President) with James T Harris, a local conservative talk radio host. Mr. Harris is polite, but not fawning in any way, nor is he especially supportive of the audit.

Fann says that she has complete confidence in AG Brnovich to properly examine the evidence provided and investigate further, and that he is waiting for the report on the routers and splunk logs to proceed. She also says that the Senate Judiciary Committee will be convening next week to develop election reform legislation in response to the audit findings.
-------------------------------------------------

Wendy Rogers has posted docs and examples of the fraud in Racine Wisconsin yesterday:

CAUGHT CHEATING: Racine County Sheriff’s Presentation on Nursing Home Voter Fraud

It includes this summary of the Wisconsin law(s):

Wisconsin Statute 6.875

Absentee Voting in Facilities

This statute is the “exclusive means” of absentee voting in residential care facilities
Shall dispatch two Special Voting Deputies (“SVDs”) to the facility
The SVDs shall personally deliver the ballot
NO employee (or past employee of the last two years) may be an SVD
Notice of the SVDs visit shall be posted at the facility
The SVDs shall witness the vote and may assist in marking the ballot
The SVDs shall NOT accept an absentee ballot not issued by an SVD
No individual other the a SVD or relative may assist the voter
The SVDs shall seal the ballot envelope and deliver it to the clerk

§ 6.875(6)(e) – “If a qualified elector is not able to cast his or her ballot on 2 separate visits by the deputies to the home or facility, the deputies shall so inform the municipal clerk . . . Who may then send the ballot to the elector . . .”

The WEC falsely reasoned that since the Special Voting Deputies could not be allowed into any facilities, the Special Voting Deputies “program” could be “suspended”, and the municipalities could go directly to the mailing process. The WEC also improperly/illegally advised the facilities to have staff members assist the residents in voting.

One reported example (of many):

Judy Contacts Ridgewood Care Center
  • Executive Director stated that the WEC gave facility staff the authority to help residents fill out their ballots
  • Judy asked how Shirley could have voted without any knowledge of current events or the news
  • The Executive Director stated the staff would ask the residents who they voted for in the past and following party lines that would be their choice
  • Judy asked, “So if she could only recall JFK as President, Democrat would be their choice?”
  • The Executive Director answered “Yes”
  • Judy asked about Shirley’s broken glasses and impaired vision – how can we know the staff member assisting filled in the ballot correctly
  • The Executive Director stated he “hoped” the staff would be honest

Much more at the link.

Nope!

All things considered, all the safeguards and security measures that were compromised or even abandoned, there were multiple ways that fraudulent ballots could have been injected into the count -- both mail-in and in-person.

As a very evil person once said,

If you repeat it long enough and loud enough, people will believe it.

Another wise person then postulated about how we as a society are more likely to engage and believe a well crafted lie, than the truth of a situation if the truth is much less exciting.

Seems to me that we are living that right here. We have people screaming loud and long about fraud, we have a lot more people believing it, maybe not because it is true but because it's a well crafted falsehood, that sounds interesting, and is a diversion from whatever real problem the person is going through. Kinda like the people that have "researched" driving vs traveling, there's no difference except how you do it, as you can travel in a car by driving the car, or you can travel by foot by walking. You have a right to travel, that does not mean you have a right to drive a car.

The same applies here, there may have been isolated incidents of fraud, heck, I can admit every single year we see it, in as I said, isolated incidents, not some grand conspiracy to rig an election and see one person in over another. We have a safeguard against that, the Electors. But this time around, people are picking out every single little isolated incident and growing them together as some grand plan to get rid of the Orange Idiot, no folks, the truth is much much more mundane, the Idiot did it to himself, and people were sick of the non stop constant stream of BS out of his mouth. Truth is not as exciting so when he yells FRAUD!!!! FRAUD!!!! Y'all come a run-in like ponies to the water hose.

Rational thought on the matter should have been thusly "Yes there is some fraud every election, we can try to stop it, no there was not some grand organized plot to get Trump out of office by cheating"

Instead we have "I'm a 'MURICAN, Trump is GOD JESUS AND THE SPIRIT!!!!!, BIDEN CHEATeD!!!! NO WAY TURMP CUUD LOSE!!! GIMMIE A LETS GO BRANDON!!!!!! YAH YEAH YEAH WHERE'S MUH BEER WOMAN!!!!"

I know it's a tad over the top but I heard someone like that at the local coffee shop the other day, and he seriously believes Trump is Christ reborn and is being Crucified by Satan Worshipping Pedophiles that rigged every election in every state and territory so that Trump couldn't lose and they could charge him with crimes..

When you get down to it all it's just silly.. REALLY SILLY...

Then you realize almost 1/2 the country believes it, just like they can't tell the difference between a Japanese and Chines person and go to do harm to the Japanese one for COVID...

Then you cry.. and drink coffee..

Coffee fixes it all..

Yes they absolutely are, in their respective County, and they absolutely do have the power to boot fed-goons out that are there attempting to enforce unConstitutional federal mandates.

I have no idea how that got started but hey, believe it if you want to.

Obviously your research capabilities are ... let's just say extremely poor if not non-existent.

Yeah I have researched "Driving", and so have every court in the land, you will be ticketed and arrested, have fun in jail.
