No, because if you look carefully she wasn't being charged for the 2020 election, on Nov 7th even Texas was still counting votes. Doesn't count for your great 2020 was stolen narrative. Sorry....
To the person that says it hurts, no I know there have been arrests and charges in Texas, all of them were people voting for the Orange Idiot too.. I mentioned it a few pages back (well like 100 pages back now.. )
Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a release, “I strongly commend the Limestone County District Attorney’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and Elections Office, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General for their outstanding work on this case and their commitment to ensuring a free and fair Presidential election in the face of unprecedented voter fraud.”

Ahem...I trust a judge and their educated decisions far more than some sycophant on ATS.
What happened? You forget to take your horse de-wormer today?

Wow, now we can't help the little old lady in a nursing home who can't hold a pencil have someone help them, that's sad.

For a while we were dealing with a lot of people, mainly in the Republican bastions, that were saying that the Government was illegitimate, only Sheriff's could do law enforcement, that we were "revenue collectors not LEOS", and the list goes on.
They to this day believe that they can "travel" in a "conveyance" down a highway and not get busted because they aren't engaged in commerce.
And they keep up the posts and the websites and the videos all telling others how they can do this and not get busted.
I don't know how the ballots were in Arizona, but if I remember right here in Oregon the ballots did not get forwarded. They only had return service.
That means if you had an insider operating the mail sorting machine that processes the ballots as they come in, the ballots that had COA's would still get flagged for the operator to remove from the mail stream and send over to be processed to be returned.
If the insider snatched those ballots instead, nobody would know they did it.
Positioning them self on the machine is easier than you might think, if your insider has some seniority. Whenever a job becomes vacant it goes "up for bid", which means they post it and let anyone who wants it put their name up. Whichever person has the highest seniority automatically wins. I don't think the mail sorting machines are considered fun jobs for high seniority clerks, so not in high demand.
This one concerns me because another way to steal votes would be to create early ballots for people who did not request them, and vote with them.
Then send them a non early ballot and let them vote. Or rather "vote", since only one ballot from each voter gets counted, right?

I feel like I should add that, with the early voter thing, of more envelopes coming back than were sent...
If the necessary data were provided to a third party, a third party could print the early voter ballots. So we're talking about a single compromised employee at the voting office getting out of the building with a memory stick.

“Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice,” he concluded.
Some of the individuals involved, according to the OAG, are declared “totally mentally incapacitated” which disqualifies them from registering to vote.
Wisconsin Statute 6.875
Absentee Voting in Facilities
This statute is the “exclusive means” of absentee voting in residential care facilities
Shall dispatch two Special Voting Deputies (“SVDs”) to the facility
The SVDs shall personally deliver the ballot
NO employee (or past employee of the last two years) may be an SVD
Notice of the SVDs visit shall be posted at the facility
The SVDs shall witness the vote and may assist in marking the ballot
The SVDs shall NOT accept an absentee ballot not issued by an SVD
No individual other the a SVD or relative may assist the voter
The SVDs shall seal the ballot envelope and deliver it to the clerk
§ 6.875(6)(e) – “If a qualified elector is not able to cast his or her ballot on 2 separate visits by the deputies to the home or facility, the deputies shall so inform the municipal clerk . . . Who may then send the ballot to the elector . . .”
The WEC falsely reasoned that since the Special Voting Deputies could not be allowed into any facilities, the Special Voting Deputies “program” could be “suspended”, and the municipalities could go directly to the mailing process. The WEC also improperly/illegally advised the facilities to have staff members assist the residents in voting.
Judy Contacts Ridgewood Care Center
- Executive Director stated that the WEC gave facility staff the authority to help residents fill out their ballots
- Judy asked how Shirley could have voted without any knowledge of current events or the news
- The Executive Director stated the staff would ask the residents who they voted for in the past and following party lines that would be their choice
- Judy asked, “So if she could only recall JFK as President, Democrat would be their choice?”
- The Executive Director answered “Yes”
- Judy asked about Shirley’s broken glasses and impaired vision – how can we know the staff member assisting filled in the ballot correctly
- The Executive Director stated he “hoped” the staff would be honest

Is there any proof that a ballot returned by mail was actually mailed to the voter and not counterfeited and mailed back by fraud ? 😎

For a while we were dealing with a lot of people, mainly in the Republican bastions, that were saying that the Government was illegitimate, only Sheriff's could do law enforcement, that we were "revenue collectors not LEOS", and the list goes on.
a) Most Government is illegitimate, b) Sheriffs are the highest law enforcement officer in the County, c) Sheriffs have the power to kick fedgoon pretend law enforcers out of their County unless they are doing law enforcement work for which they have a Constitutionally delegated power to enforce, d) most cops engage in a whole lot of purely 'revenue generating' schemes, and the list goes on.
They to this day believe that they can "travel" in a "conveyance" down a highway and not get busted because they aren't engaged in commerce.
I actually researched this a long time ago.
Ever looked up the actual legal definitions of 'driver', 'passenger' and 'transport'? I did. Very illuminating - oh, sorry, doing something like that actually requires one to be capable of rational independent thought.
And they keep up the posts and the websites and the videos all telling others how they can do this and not get busted.
No one should be telling anyone else what they should be doing.
The point is, that just because you keep saying it over and over, it still will never be true, Trump lost, Biden won,

The County Sheriff cannot kick out State Police
or Federal Law Enforcement, they are NOT the highest form of LEO around anywhere,
I have no idea how that got started but hey, believe it if you want to.
Yeah I have researched "Driving", and so have every court in the land, you will be ticketed and arrested, have fun in jail.
I could go on and on and on..
