it's a shame you didn't step up to the plate with all your experience in auditing elections.

Ha Ha. If there were actually a criminal aspect to this I would love to. Seeing no criminal activity thus far.. well

and if you don't look, there is a good chance you won't find it. But then, that's the whole idea, amirite!

I haven't watched these yet, but they were recommended to me, so I'm dropping them here:

Arizona Today - Interview with Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas (October 2021), Part 1

Arizona Today - Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, October 2021, Part 2

They are supposedly AMA -- no questions off the table. I will try to watch them later and take notes for those who cannot watch.... unless someone else beats me to it! (please someone else beat me to it!!!)

Considering all of the "Ninja's" points have been proven false time and time again by law enforcement, I'd rather side with law enforcement. They took information that was not in the record and made records, if anyone is committing a crime it's Cyber Ninjas Sorry but that's how I see it, no need to be a jerk about it.

Welcome back Boadicea.

Old update from Georgia:

It looks like Garland Favorito's lawsuit asking to look at absentee ballots because of claims that hundreds of photocopied ballots were found during a recount, actually was dismissed for get this, "lack of standing."

We are losing our country.

Fortunately, he still has an ongoing case to have the dominion software completely removed from the state for violating a number of state laws.

beckernews.com...

“A judge on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit that alleged fraud in Georgia’s most populous county during the 2020 election,” the Independent reported. “The suit sought a review of some 147,000 absentee ballots in search of illegitimate votes, but no evidence emerged to justify such a broad search, the judge said.” “Henry County Superior Court Chief Judge Brian Amero’s order dismissing the case says the Georgia voters who brought the lawsuit ‘failed to allege a particularized injury, and therefore lacked the standing to claim that their state constitutional rights to equal protection and due process had been violated,” the report added.

However, Georgia investigators on Tuesday argued just that: There were no counterfeit ballots found. “Georgia election investigators were unable to find any counterfeit ballots among batches identified by Republican vote-counters, according to a court brief Tuesday, dealing a blow to a lawsuit seeking to inspect absentee ballots cast in last year’s presidential election,” the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported. “The court document filed on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said investigators reviewed 1,000 absentee ballots from batches in Fulton County that allegedly contained ‘pristine’” ballots with perfectly filled-in ovals and no fold lines,” the report continued. “All ballots in those batches appeared to be legitimate.” “The secretary’s investigators have not uncovered any absentee ballots that match the descriptions given by affiants or otherwise appear to be fraudulent or counterfeit,” stated the 89-page response to the court by Georgia Assistant Attorney General Charlene McGowan. Garland Favorito argued that a full inspection of Fulton County’s 147,000 absentee ballots will be needed to find any counterfeits.

Public revelations point in the other direction.

After the release of thousands of ballot images under a Georgia state law that has made them available to the public, the mainstream media has finally conceded that hundreds of double-scanned ballots were cast in Fulton County in the 2020 election. “Digital ballot images made public under Georgia’s new voting law show nearly 200 ballots — including one for [Kanye] West — that election officials initially scanned two times last fall before a recount,” the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. “The discovery of identical ballots provides evidence to back up allegations of problems in the presidential election, but on a relatively small scale that had no bearing on the final certified count,” AJC claims. “A group of voters seeking to prove the election was fraudulent say double-counting is just the beginning of what they hope to find.”

And that's not even getting into the late night, multiple scanning fiasco, that was blatantly covered-up.

Thanks, Indie -- much appreciated! I'm still trying to catch up, and I appreciate the link(s) to anything worth reading. Heaven knows there's far more crap out there than not. But it's good to know -- that's probably ALL that's good about it though. Grrrrr!

I'm on my way to the doctor again, but I'll read it in full when I can...

I'm going to need you to explain how my comment was "being a jerk about it".

And when did law enforcement take on the list of discrepancies the Cyber Ninja's listed at the conclusion of their audit? Do you have a link to that?

Look up the Justice Department's reports pre Ninjas and Post Ninjas, there are about 200 separate pages of commentary.. I think you can handle going to DOJ.gov and searching.

Two, (2) Atty Generals, the national Cybercrime Info Center, and several state law enforcement agencies also stated it publicly, you don't need links to those do you as well? I am not going to do the work for you, the onus is on everyone that actually believes this drivel to prove it is true, not ours to prove you wrong. Sorry, not gonna sit here and spend hours pasting links to every site on the planet.

"He is so trying to become important in the Republican party," one person wrote of Schmaling.

Want me to go on? This is exactly what I predicted would happen in another group I belong to. Arizona was gonna be a bust so you would see someone, probably a Sheriff, because that's all the nitwits think are 'real law enforcement', announce some sort of massive Fraud.

This guy is so far up Trump's butt, and everyone seems to think this ISN'T politically motivated? Wake up! This will keep going on and people will get their 15 minutes of fame until such time as everyone says in a collective voice, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Excellent! Wisconsin officials visited with the Arizona Senate and Auditors back over the Summer, and used what they learned to focus on where the cheating would originate, if it occurred.

Thank-you AZ for showing Wi/Pa/Ga (and others) where to focus, and to you Boadicea for taking time out of your recovery to share the good news.

A little more here:

Racine County Sheriff's Office announces it has been conducting an election investigation; few details released

Basically this is a surprise to some/many. No further details about the investigation or findings of the investigation.

Not much more... but a little more.

I'm hearing Jovan Pulitzer has completed his report, it's very long, and it's either on the way to the Senate or they have it already.

I'm also hearing that the Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to convene next week to begin work on election reform legislation.

I don't have any links/confirmation yet though...

This will be interesting. Not sure what the Sheriff found that the audit information released on Friday didn't find. Unless he means the total of 4 people that voted twice, although we don't know who the 4 voted for.

A highly anticipated nonpartisan audit of the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin released Friday did not identify any widespread fraud in the battleground state, which a key Republican legislative leader said shows its elections are “safe and secure.”

The audit didn't offer any evidence that the election won by President Joe Biden was “stolen” from Donald Trump, as Trump and some fellow conservatives have falsely claimed. Biden’s roughly 21,000-vote win over Trump in Wisconsin has withstood recounts and multiple court rulings.

The audit also found just 24 people who might have two active voter registrations and of those, only four who might have voted twice. The names of the four people, which weren't included in the audit summary, were referred to the elections commission, which could forward them to local prosecutors.

Regarding Wisconsin's just-completed (limited in size) bi-partisan audit of 2020..

In a review of nearly 15,000 ballots, the audit found that about 7% had partial witness signatures, and 24 people had two active voter registrations.
More at: currently.att.yahoo.com...

Project the 7% illegal ballot statistic across the full 3.2 million votes cast in Wisconsin, and you have 224,000 illegal ballots, based on "partial signatures" alone.

Including all those illegal ballots, Joe Biden beat President Trump by about 20,600 votes. (.006%)

Source: www.nbcnews.com...

How many of those NON-legal ballots were cast for Joe Biden and how many for Donald Trump?

That is what investigators continue to get to the bottom of in Wisconsin...and several other states.

Just because a given election is deemed to be "largely safe and secure" doesn't mean squat, when the margins of victory/loss are small.

10/28/2021 Update

Due to so many errors found by the Bi-partisan committee in Nov 2020 vote counts, the Wisconsin Senate is launching a targeted investigation to ascertain which candidate REALLY WON Wisconsin. Joe Biden, or Donald Trump.

Wi Senate ordering a forensic investigation: justthenews.com...

As the JTN article states, Wisconsin is making significant changes to the voting/counting processes, per the bi-partisan committee's recommendations. The Senate will now go much deeper.

Yeah, but that's just mainstream media spin.

Didn't they find that something like 7% of the signatures we're only partials?

Also, how thorough was the audit? Not very. There was only a small sample of votes that were used.

Who conducted the audit, and were they merely looking for a stamp of approval?

I'm looking forward to hearing what the Sheriff has to say today.

Ahem... to quote you:

"You're joking right? No sane person could be serious about that."

Not one single court ever even considered any - ANY - evidence whatsoever.

All they ever did was proclaim - without any rational basis or reasoning - that the claims were 'without merit', or someone didn't have standing when they did, or some other nonsensical excuse to dismiss the case.
