Because six months later they don't have anything to show you except that it was a free and fair election . a reply to: Nunyabizisit

How sad that one has become "use" to the idea of leaks and scandals, you're the defining NPC of the Liberal Progressive Left wing echo chamber, one wonders how you even survive society outside the internet?

This is one of the women in Georgia who dragged boxes of ballots from under the table after all others had left:

BREAKING: Ruby Freeman’s Daughter Election Supervisor Wandrea Shaye Moss Is Subpoenaed for Deposition in Fulton County GA

After remoing everyone from the State Farm Arena on 2020 Election night and sending them home, these three individuals and a couple of others pulled out ballots hidden under the table and began jamming them into the vote tabulation machines. The election workers were filmed shoving stacks of ballots through the machines two and three times each.

She has been ordered to bring a thumb drive containing --

...cellphones, emails, tablets, desktop computer or drive, laptops, computers, Snap Chat account, WhatsApp account, Face Book account, Instagram account, You Tube postings or account, other social media communications and any and all other electronic devices and electronic accounts...

-- containing any/all communications regarding the 2020 election. She has also been ordered to bring any and all electronic devices under her "custody and control" that she used for election related activities.

The deposition will be held this Thursday, June 10.

I may be wrong, but this sounds to me like someone is considering criminal charges.

It looks like civil attorneys going for broke, I wouldn't read much into it yet.

Was written in a way that was pretty obviously trying to put a little fear into respondent and even imply that petitioner already 'had the goods', but this is usually a bluff.

Have to wait until deposition is public.

We’re going to have to go all electronic voting. No ones gonna want to volunteer.

“Fulton County employees, as well as election workers around the country, are still grappling with the emotional and psychological trauma they suffered as a result of Trump's disinformation campaign about the 2020 election, and it may have lasting consequences for recruiting and retention in the vital, but often under-appreciated field.”

ARIZONA AUDIT: Third Shift Counts Ballots ALL NIGHT As The Hand Count Begins To Wind Down — Latest Numbers

On Saturday night, The Arizona Audit continued to wind down. They will soon not need the 8 PM to 1 AM counting shift.

There are now only 7 untouched pallets of boxes remaining.

The floor is starting to add more forensic tables after they removed 12 counting tables because they are so close to completion.

The counting is expected to be completed this week.

Excellent news!

Do you know if anyone has ever said how much time they will need after counting before issuing report.

Yes, we definitely need to prioritize. First things first.

But we've got almost four years until another federal election. We've got the time to correct before then. If our critters have the will and the inclination of course.

a reply to: xuenchen The count was stopped by the GOP and their lawyers fought a restart of the recount. The Supreme Court did not stop the recount, it did eventually side with the GOP to not restart the recount after the GOP had delayed so long there was not time to do the recount. Thus giving us Iraq.

The U.S. Supreme Court stopped the recount😎

Don’t try to put your side on a pedestal.

I didn't, I explained what happened. This statement above has been a theme for you and it seems like you agree the left are being sh!ts, but explain it away saying...Well the right would be the same, as you justification. The reality is maybe and maybe not as the left has been pretty much an extreme in anything these last four plus years.

Absolute nonsense.

Don't remember FL 2000?

Entire state was recounted/audited, paid for by leftist news networks, and NOBODY on my side tried to stop it.

Wait, you don't remember the right rioting, burning and looting across America over that, or when they did the same thing when Obama and recently Biden won? Well neither do I....

Ya right, will do the same thing as the left, give me a break...

Tremors was fun, I'm looking forward to the new dune movie too. As I grew up in Phoenix and Scottsdale I use to catch horny
toads all the time, maybe they count.

Mystery Science Theater fan here.

“The Crawling Eye” still cracks me up.

“Beginning of the End” is one of my favorites.

Well, you may be right. I'm about to show my ignorance... but what civil attorneys? Who would have standing to sue an election workers in civil court? I seriously don't know!

That was my thought as well... and perhaps to turn one against the others?

Have to wait until deposition is public.

Yup. And then see what -- if anything -- is done with it.

I don't personally know anything about the case, but case number is on top and attorney names are on bottom of the subpoena.

Perhaps someone in the region could provide more info?

It's a damn shame that our "civil" society has become so uncivil, but it goes both ways. Trump supporters sure don't have a monopoly on bad behavior or making threats.

I honestly don't think going electronic will fix anything. In fact, I think that will only make it worse. Especially now that we know going electronic means that the voting machine companies are really conducting our elections, and we have no recourse to verify or confirm their honesty and fairness.

It's not the doubts and questions and suspicions that are the problem here. It's the fact that there is room for doubts and questions and suspicions. Unless and until we have absolute transparency and accountability which can eliminate any room for doubts and questions and suspicions, there will be doubts and questions and suspicions.
