Almost everything you (others) post is an OPINION piece — from the Right (there is little fact on this AZ audit). So, don’t come back at me that this doesn’t have equal weight/value — cuz it’s an opinion piece — not from the Right.

Arizona Sec. of State Says Audit Could 'Produce the Result That They Want'

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has said that the ongoing election audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, has created an atmosphere "prime for cooking the books" in order to produce the organizers' desired outcome.

"You cannot have that color ink around live ballots. It can potentially alter a ballot. To avoid any error, there's only red pens in those rooms. We alerted early on a list of security measures we sent and said these should be followed when handling these ballots and equipment," she said.

Thank you for the link -- already read it, and the two additional articles it linked to.

I don't see it as any different than the vast majority of what passes for reporting these days. Everyone has a spin. The Fairness Doctrine went the way of the dinosaurs. But to the extent that SoS Hobbs made the statements contained therein, that's not opinion. It is what it is.

ex]The Democrat, who recently announced a run for governor of Arizona, told Tapper she wanted to highlight "the lack of procedures, the lack of best practices, the lack of anything in place that will lend to the credibility of whatever results they produce."

"This does not even closely resemble what you would see in a legitimate post-election audit that was trying to verify election results," Hobbs said.

I wish she would be more specific -- or that someone would! -- about what problems exactly they have with the audit. We've heard about the blue pens ad nauseum. That was corrected. We've heard about a lack of transparency, but I don't know what more they can do than the multitude of cameras live streaming and recording everyone and everything in the Coliseum.

So what else? What are they doing wrong? What are they doing that they shouldn't be doing? What are they not doing that they should be doing?

"And we know that they are creating an atmosphere that is prime for cooking the books so that they can produce the result that they want to produce," she said.

To the extent that SoS Hobbs thinks it could produce "the result that they want to produce", I wouldn't call that an opinion so much as speculation... and quite defamatory.

I did find it amusing that one of the linked articles bemoaned the fact that the most popular articles on the audit were from right-wing sources, but it cited Western Journal as the most popular... and I don't think I've even read one article from there about it! (No mention of Gateway Pundit LOL!)

The Republicans said they want an audit and the Democrats said they didn't want one and will not participate. The right said OK we will still audit and the left then screamed there is no transparency or bipartisanship after it started as they suggest the right is now trying to "fix it" instead of just an audit.

After over 2100 posts am I close? lol

That's not remotely true

Hundreds of eyewitnesses have come forward and signed sworn statements under penalty of perjury to document many many different forms of election fraud and shenanigans that took place.

These statements have not been considered on their merits but have rather been blindly rejected by judges with a runaround claiming the plaintiffs have no standing to bring the case.

Of course you know all of this already so I will just wish you a nice day at this point.

Really? Have you read their testimonies? Most were vague and offered nothing as far as evidence.

0, that is ZERO were found credible to with hold the test of the courts.

That said eyewitness testimony is notorious unrealizable besides. Get 10 different witnesses that witness a hit and run and you will end up with 10 different descriptions of the vehicle that 'ran'.

If that is all you have for evidence of fraud, witness testimony from folks who wanted Trump to win, and you think that is credible I truly feel sorry for you.

I'd love to hear your thoughts too on what I posted above -- here -- if you're so inclined.

A couple others too, but I don't want to bug too many of you all! I hope those inclined to answer will see it and do so.

I don't know.
Until the results are released, only the auditor's know.
I do know the sunshine is good, the transparency which some have fought SO hard, is good.
Reminding the government that they are ACCOUNTABLE is good.

But, "singing to the choir" can make a thread dull.

And people who are tone deaf in the choir can really ruin the joy of singing for everybody.

I think the Fifth Dimension said it best when they sang "Let The Sun Shine."

And if this were reversed the Reps would be fighting tooth and nail to stop it.

This is not an actual.audit, it is sham from a biased source.

A waste of time and money....after a month what have they proved?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

The jokes on anyone who thinks this a legitimate audit that will actually go somewhere. Cyber Ninjas give me a break.

Give it up, already!

Absolute nonsense.

Don't remember FL 2000?

Entire state was recounted/audited, paid for by leftist news networks, and NOBODY on my side tried to stop it.

If Arizona doesn't have procedures in place for an audit, that would be the sec of states fault right?

If at all like Georgia she was supposed to have the rules and structure in place for things like this.

Yes, we are aware of the lunacy displayed by hobbs.

Same hobbs recently stripped of election related duties.

Probably isn't going to help your arguement to quote anything she has to say.

Good question. I don't know. I would think any/all audits would have to be legislated by the State legislatures, and then it would be up to the Sec of State and/or County Recorders to put the process in place.

I was barely able to resist temptation to ridicule leftists based on FL 2000/2001.

And kind of glad you couldn't resist.
