Well this should make things interesting, how many georgia politicians will start saying they were for the audit before they were against the audit, but now there must be an in depth investigation...

Thanks for posting the link!

It's an interesting move, and I wondered if this is for criminal purposes, as in actual criminal charges being considered... another poster thought it might be for a civil suit. Or maybe they're trying to play the daughter against the mother? Or perhaps scare the mother into confessing something to protect her daughter?

Or maybe it's just a bluff!

I'm not sure, but very curious to ponder...

No need to argue about dirty corrupt critters. Both parties are rotten to the core and filled with scum. Wikipedia has entire pages dedicated to their dirty deeds. Both parties.

But unless it's pertaining to the election and election fraud, this is not the appropriate thread for it!

Let's stay focused on this problem at hand and not let the thread get derailed. Please???

GEORGIA: Shaye Moss Subpoenaed In Civil Case Over 2020 Election, Must Attend Deposition

Wandrea Shaye Moss, the daughter and supervisor of Ruby Freeman, who was recorded on video appearing to tabulate concealed ballots hidden in suitcases under a table cloth during the 2020 election after the media and observers were sent home due to the false claim of a water line breaking, has now been subpoenaed in a civil case relating to the 2020 election, and will be subject to a deposition in which she will be recorded on video.

nationalfile.com...

I do remember this. And there was an explanation. But, I'd have to find it.

Thank you! I started looking myself. I checked Politifact and found a few more articles about this, and most address the legitimacy of the "suitcases" under the table, saying they are legitimate ballots which had been stored there until scanning, which is what we saw in the video.

I obviously have no idea if that's true or not! So no opinion here -- not one way or the other.

The bigger argument (to me at least) is whether or not the observers were told to leave before these ballots were taken out and scanned. Officials are saying no one was told to go home. Observers are saying that they were told to go home. This could be a misunderstanding or miscommunication... or someone may have mistakenly told them to go home... or something else...

I haven't found anything that addresses whether or not the same ballots were counted/scanned multiple times though, which is another claim. I know Gateway Pundit is taking credit (I use that word loosely!) for seeing and revealing that they were scanned multiple times.

I suppose all of these issues will be addressed in the deposition. They should be at least. I would like to hear what she has to say about it. I don't like anyone speaking for me -- I'm quite capable of doing that myself! -- so it always rubs me the wrong way when others cannot speak for themselves. I may or may not like what they have to say, but I still want to hear it from them!

I hope you can find better info than I did...

The issue about these suitcases is suspect for many reasons in my opinion. If they are legitimate ballots why "hide" them under tables? It seems reasonable you would want them out in the open to be able to track your progress more effectively as to when the counting would be completed. By keeping them out of site is setting yourself up for losing track of those ballots.

When I look at the video the body language and pace of movement raises a big flag insinuating that the people are doing something wrong and want to hurry to get it done before being caught especially when first retrieving the suitcases.

The fact is someone is lying because there is video footage of these scans I believe, which took place late evening early morning. If they were told to go home and they did why did they keep scanning without observers? Wouldn't that be against the rules set in place?

If they were not told to go home why is the video showing the ballots being scanned without the observers present and why did the observers go home? If no observers were present again why did they scan the ballots if against the rules?

Is there any stipulations that make sure Shaye Moss is interviewed in a room with plenty of witnesses ?

Good questions that deserve answers, but we cannot rule out incompetence and poor organizational skills yet. For example, there may not have been anywhere else to put them that wouldn't have been in the way... they may have wanted to keep them separate from other ballots that needed to be processed differently, or that were in a different stage of processing.

That may be. On the other hand, it's being reported that they thought they were done for the day and were then informed that no, they weren't. So it could be as simple as they wanted to get it the hell done so they could go home!

Again, excellent questions, and we need answers. But it could be miscommunication. It could be misunderstanding. It could be one person said one thing and another person said another thing -- so both are true.

Based on what we know (at least what we've been told, it could be that everyone was told to go home, and then some were later told to stay after others had already gone -- including observers. And no one bothered to let any observers know they were continuing, which could have been an oversight or a calculated decision. We don't know.

If they were not told to go home why is the video showing the ballots being scanned without the observers present and why did the observers go home? If no observers were present again why did they scan the ballots if against the rules?

As I understand it, and I could be misunderstanding myself, observers are allowed in Georgia but they are not required. I don't know if there is any requirement to inform observers though and ensure they have the opportunity to observe. Or who would be required to do so.

Too many questions and too few answers. Hopefully this deposition will provide some.

UP DATE on Arizona Audit: Georgia Team Is Coming Tomorrow – OAN Reporter Christina Bobb Says More States May Be Coming

Christina Bobb added that a team from Georgia is coming into the Veterans Memorial Coliseum Tuesday morning for a tour of the process.

She did not specify who will be sent, but TGP’s Jordan Conradson will be on the scene tomorrow.

Christina also said, “I expect to see more than Georgia out here this week.”

There is no more information on who is coming from which states or when. I suppose she knows something, since she "expects" to see more. But this is about the whole gist of it.

Ballots all counted by June 14 -- There is another article which I won't link to which tells us that Josh Barnett, candidate for AZ's Congressional District 06, claims that the ballots will be all counted by the 14th. I have no idea where Barnett is getting his information, and no idea why he thinks it's appropriate for him to be posting the things that he does, and I cannot find anything to tell me. About all I know is that he owns a fitness center on the west side of Phoenix, he first ran for office in 2020, lost, and is now running again for 2022, and he follows Q to one extent or another.

I'll just say straight up that I don't trust the guy. Not at all. He came out of nowhere, has never held office or been elected to anything, but he's suddenly presenting himself as an "insider."

Exclusive Interview! Arizona Senator Drops Bombshells About The Arizona Election Audit…

Thank you for posting the link! But NOT the snark...

It's a pretty good interview and well worth a watch. A few highlights:

Governor Ducey is refusing to sign any bills until a budget is passed... the thing is, everyone goes home after the budget is passed... nothing more is done until the next session. And as we know, just a couple weeks ago he vetoed 20+ bills, including election reform bills. So the inference (well, my inference anyway!) is that Ducey is insisting on passing a budget first to avoid/prevent any election reform measures passing.

Sen Townsend also said that she is working on a couple additional audits, one to find out exactly how and where the Zucks Bucks were spent -- more specifically than just, "Fighting disinformation" as Sec of State Hobbs stated. The other audit would be to examine the Federal Only voters, and make sure they actually exist, then help those who exist to get the necessary documents to register normally.

She also mentioned that one of the selling points of these voting machines by Dominion was in regard to the adjudication of ballots, because the machine would scan both the spoiled ballot and the duplicate (adjudicated) ballot, and then viewed on the machines to confirm the votes were adjudicated accurately... but now they are refusing to hand over the passwords to do so.

Finally, she stated that she believes the audit will show that everything was not okay, and that she hopes any guilty parties will face appropriate penalties.

MONDAY NIGHT AMERICA’S AUDIT UPDATE: 80% COUNTED – Ken Bennett Says “Several Weeks” Before Auditors will Confirm or Deny Biden’s Win (Video)

At 10 AM this morning, they were just starting their 7th untouched pallet of boxes. When Conradson checked back in at 2 PM, that pallet was halfway completed. They will likely have just 5 untouched pallets tomorrow morning.

Ken Bennett: Well I don’t have a precise count but I think we’re going to probably be about 80% completed by the end of the day, and I’m hearing that we’ll be all the way through the hand count this week. Now there’s also the paper evaluation that is running well behind the hand count of the votes on the ballots but anyone who’s been watching the floor can see that we’ve reduced the number of counting tables and increased significantly the number of paper valuation tables that are doing the images of the ballot and things like that. So we’re shifting resources to the area that we’re a little bit behind in which is the paper evaluation.

Conradson: When can we expect a result that either confirms or denies Biden won?
Bennett: Well that’s going to be several weeks thereafter. In addition to the hand count which might be done this week, the paper evaluation is going to probably take all of June and we have the facility through the end of June...[snip]...and then there will be a few weeks of putting the report together... and I think it’s imperative that we take the opportunity to verify at least thousands of the envelope signatures to make sure that there weren’t blank signatures allowed to go through the mail in process because that signature of the voter on the envelope is the voter’s affidavit that their ballot is inside. We’ve heard rumors that there may have been thousands of envelopes allowed to go through and opened and ballots counted without any signature whatsoever on the envelope.

The passwords and routers have still not been provided, and while holding them in contempt is an option with a majority vote, but Bennett isn't sure they have that majority vote -- apparently the same holdout that would not vote to hold the County in contempt prior.

And another one:

EVERY STATE Should Be Audited – Now a Concerned Citizen in Massachusetts Uncovers Election Discrepancies

Our reader shared that at the beginning of December 2020, and initially with a request made verbally and in person, he asked the Marshfield Town Clerk, for elections reports for the 2020 local election and the November 3rd national election. He mentioned that he wanted the reports because he was intending to run for local office in 2021.

At first, he was given copies of files that were loaded onto memory sticks or thumb drives in what appears to be an Excel-like format. But, these files were incomplete. For example, the local election had 1,400+ voters but the report had only about 1,100 voters listed.

Similarly, the November election had 16,000+ voters but he received a report indicating less than 13,000 voters participated.

Then, after more requests – and no response – our reader made a call to the Secretary’s Elections Division and described the situation. Within hours of that call, I received an email with several pdf files attached that are lists of names of persons that voted (although in some instances it is not clear if these are persons that actually voted). These pdf files appeared to be grouped into six (6) precincts – but his town has seven (7) precincts. One precinct, Precinct 5, was not included.

Round and round it goes... where it stops nobody knows...

BREAKING GEORGIA UPDATE: Ruby Freeman who Jammed Suspect Ballots Into Voting Machines Multiple Times on Election Night Is Subpoenaed

Shaye Moss was famous for kicking everyone out of the room where votes were counted in Fulton County and telling observers to go home. Then Shaye and others including Ralph Jones and her mother Ruby dragged hidden boxes of ballots out from underneath tables and started running them through the machines. Ruby Freeman was caught on tape running the same stack of suspect ballots through the machines multiple times:

There is a copy to the first page of the subpoena at the link. It's probably safe to assume that she has also been ordered to bring a thumb drive containing all communications regarding her election activities, and all devices used in her election activities, just as her daughter was. But I cannot confirm that.
