Shaye Moss was famous for kicking everyone out of the room where votes were counted in Fulton County and telling observers to go home. Then Shaye and others including Ralph Jones and her mother Ruby dragged hidden boxes of ballots out from underneath tables and started running them through the machines. Ruby Freeman was caught on tape running the same stack of suspect ballots through the machines multiple times:

There is a copy to the first page of the subpoena at the link. It's probably safe to assume that she has also been ordered to bring a thumb drive containing all communications regarding her election activities, and all devices used in her election activities, just as her daughter was. But I cannot confirm that.

Subpoena said production of evidence and video taped deposition.

I think it's safe to assume that the evidence to be produced is same as for daughter.

Georgia Update: Attorneys back in Court on June 21 After Fulton County Officials Block Audit of Ballots — Attorney Requests Video Footage from Unsecured Building
The following is quoted from The Epoch Times, which requires registration for viewing:

As part of his May 21 order, Superior Court Judge Brian Amero requested officials guard the warehouse around the clock until an inspection date can be set. But just eight days later, a breach in security was reported after sheriff’s deputies left their post for a couple of hours.

“The front door was [found] unlocked and wide open in violation of the court order,” Favorito said.

County officials confirmed that a motion-detection alarm was triggered Saturday, May 29, shortly after the deputies drove away from the building in their patrol cars around 4 p.m. But they said a locked room where the ballots are kept “was never breached or compromised.”

Favorito is not convinced, and his lawyer is seeking to obtain the video footage from building security cameras. “How do we know for certain there was no tampering with the ballots?” asked Favorito, who said he did not vote for Trump.

No problem at all. We've always expected that other states might use the Maricopa audit as a blueprint and example for their own audits, so it is on topic. (ETA: And it does indeed seem to be working out that way, with Pennsylvania and Georgia touring the AZ audit, and even more states planning to do so.)

I'm concerned about folks getting the thread shut down with talk that doesn't even belong in this forum, much less this thread. Especially subject matter that the mods have specifically stated belongs in RATS!

Every time I hear about security guards vanishing for awhile, I think of Jeffrey Epstein. If the ballot-monitoring video tape is erased, we'll know there is a genuine coverup in play.

Definitely... and if so, tampering or destroying evidence may be the best we can ever get on the guilty. But we always knew the guilty won't go down easy.

However, if that's the best we get, that alone can inform and guide election reform. And it will show the absolute need not only for reform but transparency. It's better than nothing!

But this is truly inspiring:

...a veteran Fulton poll manager who audited the Nov. 14 recount at Georgia World Congress Center, testified she examined several stacks of ballots of about 100 ballots each from a cardboard box marked “Box No. 5 — Absentee — Batch Numbers 28-36.” She said these ballots “came from the ballot [drop] boxes that had been placed throughout Fulton County.”

She told them EXACTLY where to find the fraudulent ballots!!!

But no good deed goes unpunished, eh?

After Voyles later blew the whistle in affidavits and state election hearings, she was fired as a poll manager by the Fulton County Department of Elections. “I got the boot for speaking the truth,” she told RCI.

I hope she sues the pants off of all of them!

Didn't some part of the Georgia state government require that the ballots be guarded 24/7? If they weren't and there is now proof that there was a break down in the security, those Georgia state government officials need to be sent to prison. They took the responsibility, so that must mean they had the authority to take responsibility. Ergo, if they were responsible, then they should be the ones to suffer the consequences. If guilty parties like this started getting sent to jail, maybe the truth would finally come out. What's it called when somebody rats out another person in exchange for a reduced sentence? Maybe if they'd start actually doing that, the facts would finally come out.

Yup! The judge in the case ordered a 24-hour guard on the ballots/building.

And to make it worse, this came about after the County asked the judge to ban the security guards that had been hired by the ones suing for the audit because they were "intimidating" employees... sheesh! They were intimidating the guilty.

So the judge granted the County's motion to have the private security removed from the premises, but ordered the County to provide 24/7 security themselves. Fortunately, the private security continued guarding the building from off the premises.

Perhaps this is overwhelming for most to grasp. The election cheating this time was a combo of paper ballots and Dominion electronic vote flipping.

If the same scenario was available in 2016, Hillary would have won. But there was no Covid-19 excuse for mass paper ballots, so Dominion was all Dims had. It wasn't enough, however.
