So , if I understand correctly, after today’s electoral college votes are cast, it then would fall on both the Senate and House to have at least 1 member of each house to dispute the results, which would trigger a debate in each house, followed by a vote in each house whether to verify those electoral votes. If the House were to vote, yes, accept them and the Senate was to vote, no, don’t accept them, then Pence breaks the tie ?

Michigan SOS and AG were concerned that this Republican judge would do just what he/she did. As you can see in the above article, they Secretary of State attorneys are saying the results of the Dominion audit are not accurate.

So, where does it go from here?
