He freaked out because there was too much talking about lizards. Lawyers are a weird bunch. Here I am having to go through page after page of poltical stuff when really all I want to do is talk about lizards.

Maybe he's gotten himself wrapped up in some Walter White shenanigans because I think he was put out of work by the lockdowns. I imagine him being a meatier Sal Goodman at this point, and has probably hit a few people over the skull in the dark with a thick metal shard. He's probably running around the desert wearing only boxers as we speak, collecting himself before burying the body.

This is the problem. Ohio's argument is from a lower POV in essence. My reading of the Texas argument is uniQue in that it seeks relief from the angle of government itself. That is to say, the institution of The States = Senate, will be harmed beyond imagination if 4 States fraudulently decide what happens even in opposition to their own guidelines, let alone the constitution. They aren't talking the population = The House.

They are fixated on the PA issue itself, the one before Alito. They seem to be asking for the SC to issue a ruling on that right now, separate from the TX suit, and they don't want it to be folded into the TX suit.
