It was a pretty devastating take down. The legislators asked decent enough questions. Except the greasy one. The only question he asked was "what's the DOJ doing, tell us." Rudy demurred.

Jenna put the onus on them entirely. The problem as I see it, they aren't warriors, they really aren't equipped to deal with the "Philly" mentality. Wasn't it their Football stadium that had a temporary jail in it for game day crimes? Jenna did say it was one avenue, but she clearly put them on the World's State for better or ill.
