I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.

Goes on to say Government can take/freeze all assets of anyone foreign or domestic involved.

Works very much like the E.O. on Human Trafficking.

Trump did this in 2018 in response to Democrat Russia Fiction - Funny how their own stuff is continually put in play against them.

The "international" aspect makes this really interesting. The right of recourse is not good. This might be the Soros boom. I doubt they'll parse what funds were used for what ---- DOITQ, take it all right effing now and leave them begging.
